3 Stars because I still waiting for delivery confirmation (SMS). I have paid for it. Parcel actually was delivered 22/10 . Today is 24/10 still no confirmation. Tracking number shows my parcel is out for delivery. Only one way to find out real parcel location is to login to your account if you have one and I got information- my parcel was DELIVERED!

The collection was smooth but I paid £10 for a 48hr service and yet the parcel took 4 days to arrive? I could’ve sent it by Royal Mail for less and it probably would’ve arrived sooner.

When is delivered not delivered?
You say my parcel has been delivered, well UPS say it hasn’t. It was out for delivery Thursday - no delivery as ‘business closed,’ - it’s an army base so open 24/7! Out for delivery Friday again business closed.
Now Monday and guess what out for delivery but you say it’s delivered.
Your customer service state, ‘Not to worry....’ ‘Enjoy the rest of your evening...’ Do you actually listen - where is my parcel?
So totally dissatisfied, will not use again. The grammar used by staff on the ‘chat box’ needs looking at too.
Excellent Service
First time using this service Collect+/Yodel and although the tracking seemed a bit out of kilter the parcel was delivered intact within 3 days, excellent service. Shall use this service again for sure.
My Parcel Delivery service was terrible WARNING.
I am shocked at the level of service My Parcel Delivery provided. Firstly the pick-up slot scheduled was missed and instead of notifying us we had to chase to re-book. Once the item was picked up it was delivered damaged, staff at the warehouse where it was dropped off witnessed the driver drag the item across the floor causing the glass door to shatter and simply drove off. I have made a claim for the damage and am waiting for a response. My recommendation would be to avoid using My Parcel Delivery, no contact number is provided so you can't even speak with them over the phone. Unbelievable, don't bother, find another provider.

This is a rare occasion that I have experienced a perfect courier collection and delivery.
My parcel was collected from a London address in the morning, although I expected a 48 hour delivery service, my package arrived in Scotland in perfect condition the following day.
I will definately use this service again.
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking! I had two parcels to be delivered to two different places. I filled in all the details online AND wrote the correct details on the packages. But they took both parcels to the same place. This was several weeks ago. It appears the parcel that was incorrectly delivered has been lost completely at this point. I have been in touch many times with the company and they keep just asking more and more questions, some of which I have already answered. They are clearly going out of their way to avoid having to refund me for the delivery and to pay the compensation for the missing item. They clearly think if they mess me around enough I'll get bored and give up. Terrible service. I don't think anyone even apologised for the mistake, which was entirely the company's fault.

Arrived 2 days late, but show me A service that can do better during these times. Price was good. Insurance was expensive.

Worst service ever. Parcel was collected from me on 18-Sep and not delivered yet.
Every time, I follow up on customer service, I get vague answers saying that will follow up with courier.

This has got to be the worst company I have ever used. I now wished I used my usual parcel company or better still used the post office. I sent a parcel Wednesday last week for my daughter’s birthday on Thursday this week. It was collected on Thursday morning. I expected it to be delivered either Friday or Saturday so my daughter had to stay at home to receive it but nothing came. 5 days later, still nothing came. What on Earth had happened to the parcel. Please don’t use this. I actually paid more to send it with my parcel delivery than using the other company.
