SCAMMERS... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY..
I ordered my item beginning of February and a month and half later and still have not received it! I emailed them so many times either no replies or when they do, they lie into your face. 5 days ago they said my ordered will be shipped in 48 hours and I contacted them today, they said it’s not even been shipped. IN CONCLUSION 6 WEEKS GONE, MY ORDER STILL NOT PROCESSED! I’m glad I ordered from PayPal, otherwise I would never get my money back! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM ALART ALART DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could grade 0 star I would!!! I wish I read this review page before I purchased this item!!! I’m so angry and disappointed! I ordered my item on the 4th of March and paid nearly £10 for delivery to be required within 4-6 days ( In time for Mother’s Day) it’s now the 11th March and I have received and email stating my order hasn’t even been processed yet! And when it is it will be delivered in 7-12 days!!! Absolute con of a company! Do not waste your money!!!

Hello bunch of useless!
First of all you take money from people promising them that their order will come in 3-5 days if they pay £15.99 extra which is a big lie ‘cause my order came after a month.
Second you are not even able to copy the correct address to attach to the delivery package.
Third ,you give wrong information about delivery company (wrong name )DHL,wrong ‘cause actually was FedEx the one who delivered my parcel.
Other think I paid for gift wallet bag £1,99, Guess what? Never get any.
And about the costumer services,they will bother to answer you after a week sending almost every day emails regarding with.
Very disappointed,rude,very unprofessional,very useless.
On the end not to mention that the wallet looks nothing like in the picture.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .
Looks cheap , awful and you end up paying too much for that rubbish.For example I personally paid around £50.

Horrible service, been waiting for 15 day for my item then write emails with question about my item and its wasn't even done, so extended my order over a month, what a "good company" dont use this company if don't wanna wait months and months for you item.
Pluss if you cancel your order you have ro pay 9£ that's absolutely disgusting from company who bricking them own terms and conditions..

Absolutely shocking company!! Please guys avoid at all costs. I ordered a custom music plaque and paid extra for express delivery (4-6 working days), the product finally turned up 16 days later and the company didn’t respond to my emails for a further 6 days. When I opened the package the Perspex had several noticeable scratches on it and was of poor quality. Complained to them and the offered me a measly 10% refund. After battling it out over email which took an eternity I finally had enough and made a complaint through PayPal. Can’t stress enough to avoid this poor excuse of a company at all costs!!!!

I ordered a product on the 8th of February, used the ‘VIP’ and DHL Express deliver option to ensure it arrived on time. I am still to receive the item and have emailed twice now about the product. I received a email saying it had been shipped yet I can’t track the parcel for peace of mind. It’s a truly awful service that has been offered. Yet the money was swiftly taken out of my account. I would avoid using this website, purely because of the customer service. I’m not even sure I’ll receive my items at this rate.

Paid extra for faster process and shipping as they offering vip service, which was total shambles. Wallet was only posted after I logged a complaint, which means instead already rather long 15 working days delivery time, it only arrived after 25 days- way too late for the birthday recipient. The business hasn't even acknowledged my email, they just despatched the goods, no apology or even acknowledgment of failure of their services. Picture is not high quality as shown on web, so truly shocking. Do not waste your money.

Worst company I have come across, leave you waiting with no contact and item never recieved. No problem taking the money tho.

Brought a gift for Valentine’s no correspondence!! Such a shame because they advertise lovely gifts. Customer service... what is that? As they don’t get back in touch. Will never use again

This is a shocking company. They put all over there website a gaurenteed date of delivery, and yet I'm still waiting 3 weeks after that date. They are the worst company I've ordered from. I will be telling my staff and everyone else I come across to not order from this absolute shocking so called company!!

Dreadful service. I was told the item I ordered was out of stock and ‘delayed’ so I asked for a refund, as soon as I mentioned the word refund surprise it was back in stock. However, the item still hasn’t arrived (it’s been 3 weeks now) no reply from customer services and I feel like I’ve been robbed

SCAM ALERT....will take your money and the item will either not arrive or arrive very late and they will no respond to any contact you make

After seeing the company advertised and the spotify plaque looking so nice I thought I would order one for valentines day ..when it arrived was very disappointed .looks cheap ..and all the perspex was scratch .when I emailed to complained they replyed and answered a question I didnt even ask did not mention about the damage to the product so I emailed again heard nothing back .My advice do not order from this company..!!

Avoid, avoid, avoid. The printed product is horrendous. Please, please don't go anywhere near them.

If I could give a zero I would. Never received my merchandise. Email is the only communication. Vivian is the contact via email, probably a bs name. Going to the bank to get my money back. Never order from here..

Ordered product for Christmas gift. Wallet never arrived and I constantly emailed asking for tracking information. Finally was given information showing product didnt ship. Asked for refund and all communications stopped. Dont waste time or money on this.

Awful! Delivery fee was more than half the cost of the product and took ages to arrive. Product nothing like described. Company not in the UK. I feel like I've been scammed.

The products are expensive and delivery prices are outrageous! Item never arrived, trying to sort a refund through the company or get PayPal protection to refund it. NEVER AGAIN!

Waited a month for a lighter and then had to go and pick it up from the post office to pay a customs fee ! On top of a delivery charge my advice avoid this company!

Recently brought a lighter from them. It is already pricey, but then they stick a massive delivery charge on top. And when my item arrived I was told I have to pay customs on top of that. This site is literally called MyPhotoWalletUK and has a .co.uk website but it is all just to fool you, the lighter it’s self is very poor quality. £70 down the drain. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY! Oh and I was also greeted by a passive aggressive customer service helper, who messaged me saying “So sorry to hear you had to pay tax” when all I asked was “why am I being charged customs when I’ve already paid for the item, the postage and the Tax” very rude and not helpful people at all. If 0 was possible.... it still wouldn’t be low enough.
