Product never arrived
I placed my order in September and it is now December without receipt. Their email response rate is about 1 received for every 4 sent. They are apologetic when they respond but still do not have my product or a date of when I will receive it. This is one of the worst experiences I've had purchasing from a website.

Perfect bomber jacket
Getting the size jacket took a while but I decided on a size bigger because they had it in stock. It’s absolutely adorable for my grandsons 1st birthday next Saturday. But we took a picture today(with our phones) just to show you how awesome he is gonna be❤️❤️ But alas, I do not see how to leave the picture.

They shipped me a broken product. Then they refused to replace it and just told me to contact logitech for a warranty. Buying from this business is a risk not worth taking.

My Pilot Store is a criminal operation. Fraudulent activities occurred on my credit card even after notice was given. Customer service was dismissive.

I ordered some flight-sim hardware from them which their website indicated was in-stock. It took suspiciously long to ship and arrive at my door and, when it did, it had an EU security sticker on the box. I did receive what I ordered, and it appears new and in working order, but they should be more transparent about how they operate.

Ordered a David Clark One-X and specialized flashlight overnight to my location because it was a definite emergency. Paid 50.00 in shipping to have both the headset and flashlight arrive inoperative and useless. Called mypilotstore and their answer was to take it up with David Clark. David Clark said yeah, we’ll fix it for a price in a month or so.
Thus begins the return fun with mypilotstore.
I paid 50 bucks to get broken junk shipped to me by this shady operation. They then make you pay shipping to return said broken junk to them without even a @#$& apology for the massive inconvenience. Return was sent the same day as the RA via UPS and the return was processed A MONTH LATER. Shipped 7/27. Received 8/9 REFUNDED 8/25. No excuse given..just form emails.
I want to support local business but this business is a shame and blemish on the entire Phoenix business community. Run, fly, Do what
ever you can to buy anywhere else. These types of business practices and utter indifference to the consumer should not be rewarded with our hard-earned dollars.
Most big-ticket aviation items are price controlled by the manufacturer so your best deal is the best customer service. Mypilotstore is not that place.

Had an option of purchasing product from Sporty's or Mypilotstore. Mypilotstore showed to have the product in stock so I went with them. Paid extra for the 2 day shipping. 2 days later and no product or email letting me know it had shipped. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes and hung up on so I could try hold again. I find out the product is on back order. So much for in stock.

I read a few reviews here that were less than favorable. I just purchased apparel and the transaction went very well. I emailed them to make sure they had my size in stock and then followed up to ask the shipping estimate. Both times they got back to me within the hour. I placed the order on Wednesday and the shirt arrived on Monday. It was just as advertised. I would definitely use them again.
Don't even think of buying Flight Sim products from this company (20+ year simmer opinion)
In regards to companies that sell flight simulation products, this one has horrible customer service and zero accountability for the damaged DVD set they mailed me for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 Deluxe Edition DVD (10) Set. Two of the DVDs were very scratched, to point the DVD player could not read them and killed my installation. MyPilotStore gave me one of those pathetic "copy paste" type replies designed to weasel out of any responsibility or even a chance at compensation. Just pawned us off to Microsoft as if it's their responsibility to help a customer of MyPilotStore.com. Fool me once, but not twice. The good news: the word will get around as poetic justice ;).
