Hard to earn money - they never credit for surveys, magic receipts - fight for every penny. And when you're ready to redeem they deactivate your account. They suspended my account without any explanation. I assume just to steal money. It's outrageous! At least they must explain the reason and try to resolve problems. No customer service at all. PS as you see they never read any comments. They just provide generic replies. SCAM!

If you want to waste your time - go for it. You may never get your earned money. MP simply deactivate your account without any explanation. Only scammers do business this way. No customer service at all. Even here they give generic reply, no real people out there.

I have been with my points for decades now. I recently bought Jimmy dean bacon and uploaded the receipt for points as it was one on the list. I just got a email stating I got 0 points for it and no explaining as to why. There is nowhere to go to ask. I cannot find a help or customer support email or anything. I would like an explaination as to why lb bacon x3 gave me no points?!!

I have been a member for over 10 years. I tried to use my 17,000 points for a reward and I keep getting an error message saying they can't send my verification code to my phone. I sent an email and was told the reward was on its way and would arrive in 3 to 10 business days. It has been 13 business days and I can't even get a response from them.

I’ve been a legitimate MyPoints user, but my account was suddenly suspended on July 12, 2025, right after I redeemed $200 to PayPal — split across two redemptions in one day. I was asked to verify my identity with a code, which I entered successfully. Despite that, my account was locked with no clear explanation.
I contacted customer support and submitted a BBB complaint, but still haven’t received a proper response or access to the $200 I rightfully earned. I’ve followed the rules and terms of service, and this feels like an automated system wrongly flagged me.
Very disappointed with how this was handled. I hope Prodege or MyPoints support will step in and resolve this fairly, because users shouldn’t be penalized for simply redeeming their points.

My review is mixed. My points games have broken links and invalid QR codes. There customer service is horrible. They're FAQ's don't answer all questions and it's impossible to contact them to get answers.
As for everything thing else, this site is a great way to get rewards.

They have a deceptive point system (43 points =25 cents etc) and consistently lie about the length of their surveys, I.e. they list a 20 minute 50 point survey at 10 minutes or less.

I redeemed
I redeemed a 25 dollar Visa ecard on MyPoints, expecting the usual 2-3 days delay. Fine. But then it just did not come and after reading reviews here about people not getting their reward after a week or longer, I got annoyed and worried. I submitted tickets and got ZERO response. All modern companies have people on hand to answer complaints and concerns ASAP, not some drawn out silly length of time. (i.e. Amazon support) I escalated my complaint to the link provided on the BBB to get faster support. I mentioned in the complaint that I was waiting on the card for food and reminded these incompetent fools that some people may need the card for serious reasons like gas,bills,food, and other such important circumstances. And suddenly, magically, just like that...the card arrives via my email. No explanation, no apologies, no message. So whatever happened to the 2 to 3 days process (that can sometimes take up to 10 days, according to them)? All of that is clearly BS. In the modern age, anything digital can be sent instantly if the company actually desired to. If it is possible to send the card instantly once you are called out, you clearly have the ability to send it immediately from the start.
