I have used My Points for over 10 years. Suddenly when I try to do a survey I keep getting a My Points blank privacy page and can't do the surveys. Dissapointing
If I could rate this company lower, I would. Back in the early 2000's they were great, but my last 100 gift card earned was never sent, I was ignored... if I were you, I'd ignore them. They don't care if you're compensated.
The my Points surveys are interesting and the rewards are great too. Just taking a few minutes to give your opinion and get rewards.
I have been using my points basically since their inception. They used to be a fantastic company, always awarded points quickly, and when there was an issue customer care was available and helped almost immediately.
Over the last two to three years I've either not received points when I have earned them, especially during shopping, or have had to contact customer care numerous times and provide proof of purchase numerous times to get the points are rightfully earned. My latest has been ongoing for 6 weeks with over a thousand points they never awarded me. I've given them through three times, and all they sent back is can you provide us proof of this purchase?. When I reply they've already received it, it's another two weeks that goes by before I get the exact same email.
Like other companies they seem to have shifted all of their customer care offshore, and couldn't care less about their customers. It was a great experience for a very long time but it's really not worth the constant flood of use this emails and use this customer service when trying to get points that I've rightfully earned. I cannot recommend this to anybody when there are so many other competitors out there that are so much better.
I have been using this app for about a month. This company is unprofessional. Why even bother having a feedback option feature for customers to give their opinion, and then get offended and boot them off? I wrote to them on an issue in regards to their app having an error that coincides with one of their games that I was playing and how it reflects the reward system on their activities screen. For a solid week when I was playing this specif game they kept on changing the rewards and making the payout smaller. I didn't even care if the payout was smaller, but the their system kept changing their rewards to smaller then back to greater and then back to smaller like they can't even make up their mind. I thought it was a glitch issue so I questioned them about it and they booted me out for inquiring. So unprofessional.
a slow way to make a little extra money. doesnt pay high as i dont do surveys. just use it for online shopping. a huge list of rewards to choose from which is great

If this is related to my purchase/redemption of points for an ebay e-gift card the process took so long the item I intended to reward myself with sold out. Cannot understand why it would take 3+ days for an electronic purchase of an electronic gift card. Very disappointing
