magic receipts is a total scam

Their magic receipts program is a total scam. I think they must get paid to just encourage you to buy expensive products and then deny legitimate receipts. I regularly use Fetch annd Ibotta and do not have any problems like I have on my points, Every receipt for significant points is denied at least once and often they're never approved. ( I'm not talking about the 5 point items, 5 points = about 1 penny.) And they only give you a canned response that does not explain what they are objecting to or how to resolve the situation. Multiple follow up requests will just continue to get the same canned response.

MyPoints is Very Satisfying

I Love being a member of MyPoints. I have never had a problem with doing surveys or cashing in my points for gift cards. There are a variety to choose from. Iplan on staying a member as long as possible.

Have to wait several days for an e-card??

The redemption process went okay. What was annoying is that it took several days to issue me an e-card. Seriously? Isn't that all computerized? I've never had to wait a few days for an e- card from anyone else

Easy process

I was able to get the reward that I wanted with the points I had. The only suggestion I would make is that if these are e-rewards they should be able to process quicker

MyPoints is a Waste of Time

MyPoints is impossible to contact with issues regarding earning points. After multiple emails about failure to receive points, copied receipt, etc., they never respond. It takes forever to earn enough points to receive a gift card and, then when you go to redeem points for an e-gift card, it takes over a week for processing. This is unacceptable.

To much invested time

It takes about a week for the redemption process for the gift card to complete. There are way to many surveys I complete and not get credit for them, at the end of the survey I'm told "sorry we've reached the required number of respondents" after I've spent at least 10 minutes answering questions. I've wasted to much time not to be compensated.

But after I received this request for review, I looked for it and found it online in my account. All is well now. But I had to be prompted to look for it.
