Avoid this company at all costs.

My experience with myPOS has been nothing short of a complete failure. For over 8 weeks, I have been dealing with a finance application that has been plagued by system errors, delays, and total incompetence. Despite constant chasing, I received nothing but automated responses, empty apologies, and zero real action.

The situation was made even worse by a staff member named Dennis, who showed a shocking level of unprofessionalism. While I was still speaking and trying to explain my issue, he simply hung up on me without warning. This is completely unacceptable behaviour and shows a total lack of respect for customers.

Instead of taking responsibility, the company hides behind excuses and shifts blame onto third parties, avoiding accountability for their own failures. There has been no transparency, no ownership, and no proper attempt to resolve the issue.

This is not how a financial services provider should operate. The level of service I have received is disgraceful and has caused unnecessary stress and disruption to my business.

I would strongly recommend staying away from this company unless you are prepared to deal with delays, poor service, and complete frustration.

Just got new machine from Mypos

Just got new machine from Mypos. Our local rep Paul C came in and booked appointment. We had never heard of Mypos but Paul ran through everything and it sounded good. He came back and set up machine so far so good.

One of the waste card company

I am a restaurant owner. I was client from 2018. I expand my business, continue with this company i bought terminals from one off pay 199.50 its known as mypos carbon.
Then sheldon was the account manager he told me new card termonal for my new company. Again i go with them, may be the agents get commission, any way i bought new terminal for my company, now i expand my business in otger place and register with my pos and try to my 1st carbon terminal to assign or activate but tgey are not interested. This is my dead money.Mr jonas new agent trying to give me 13 poubds a month and give to me again new card terminal, i dont want that. I like to assign or activate my old card mechiene to new company. They are ont interested 15 days i am behjnd this every day call this issue. No one interest to do that. She told please send an email to Help uk
It ridiculous experience for me. I am cancelling my other 2 restaurant account also from this company. Dont use them this is my experience.

Horrible company, avoid at all costs!!

Horrible company — avoid at all costs. Use another processor such as Worldpay.

They have no internal communication and are extremely difficult to deal with. When I tried to close my account, I received three different and conflicting responses from three different employees.

I was initially told there was nothing to pay. After the account was closed, they charged me £250. I paid it, and they are now attempting to charge me a further £250 again.

It has been over three weeks with no response from them. I have had to repeatedly chase the issue, and even then they are very hard to get hold of.

Avoid at all costs.

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS

There’s a reason 83% of the reviews are 1 star. The customer service is genuinely terrible. They are no help on the phone and take days to respond with your email. If you are a new business owner PLEASE do not use this company I wish I listened to the reviews instead of wasting my time. They will ask you for 20 different versions of the same documents and if you can’t provide any (because you are a new business) then they will just cancel your application after sending multiple personal details. DO NOT USE MYPOS

AVOID MYPOS! They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Customer service is so bad!

We were basically given no choice in signing up with Mypos as they have taken over UTP with whom we had a good relationship. We have now had to spend literally hours on the phone, on webchats, emailing etc and you get zero help or response. We had no explanations of how to get our own money out of their account, we now get hit for premium rate fees that we can't override. Horrendous customer service, I cannot emphasize enough, DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!

Shady financial institution hiding behind “compliance”

Warning to all business owners:
myPOS suddenly blocked my account and froze over 378,000 CZK (approx. €15,000) without prior notice. They claimed it was due to a “compliance review” but refused to provide any specific reason for the termination.

They asked for a company bank statement to release the remaining balance. I provided it – and it was rejected without explanation. Then... silence. No update. No reply. No money.

It was only after I threatened legal action and filed a formal complaint with regulatory authorities that things started to move. A week later, the money was quietly transferred – without any confirmation, no notification, not even a proper closure email.

The only message I got was sent on a Sunday, ironically after I had already confirmed myself that the funds had been sent out.

📌 If I hadn't pushed hard and involved lawyers, they might have kept the money indefinitely.
📌 myPOS behaves more like a scam operation than a reliable financial service provider.

‼️ Never again. If you care about your money, your time, and your business, stay away from myPOS.

🚫 MyPos – Borderline Criminal Behavior 🚫

My funds are STILL suspended without any reason, weeks later.

I transferred money from my verified business account to MyPos, a simple, legitimate transaction. There was nothing unusual about it—yet MyPos froze the funds and has gone completely silent ever since.

No communication. No updates. No investigation—because there’s NOTHING to investigate.

They’re not asking questions. They’re not providing explanations. They’re just holding on to my money with zero justification. This isn’t just poor service—it’s financial abuse.

Let me be crystal clear: MyPos is not a company you can trust. This isn’t an isolated issue—others are going through the exact same thing. If you’re reading this and have had a similar experience, I urge you to join forces with others who’ve been affected and take legal action.

What they’re doing is wrong, unethical, and possibly criminal.

Stay far away from MyPos. They’re not here to support your business—they’re here to exploit it.

myPOS and iCard is the same scam…

myPOS and iCard is the same scam company. After a few months, they will block your account for 2 to 6 months with no excuse. They will charge you 100€ per month fot mainentance untill they suck all of your money. Read what they send to our company. After a few months you will receive an email like we receieved. Read it carefully.

"Hello Mr. Balafoutis,

After reviewing your iCard for Business e-money account, we have decided we can no longer offer you our services. This means your Legal Agreement and e-money account(s) will be terminated in 2 months, starting today, 14.02.2025.
Please note that the following actions are now restricted:
• Adding money to your account.
• Opening accounts.
• Ordering cards.

• Your account will be closed, and your Legal Agreement will be terminated.
• Your e-money account(s) statements won't be available. We recommend downloading those you may need in the future.
• If you still have available funds, they will be transferred to a holding account, where we will start charging a monthly administrative fee of 100 EUR. The fee will be applied until the depletion of the available balance, and it will only be charged if there are funds in the account.

If you have questions or need more information, don't hesitate to contact us".

They are scamers stay away.

⚠️ Beware of MyPOS - Unacceptable Service! ⚠️
I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with MyPOS. In March 2024, a transfer was made from my account to a beneficiary, but the funds were never received. Since then, I’ve been stuck in a deadlock.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, MyPOS charged me 90 CHF to investigate with the beneficiary bank, yet I have received no updates or refund after several months of waiting.
Even worse, their customer service has stopped responding to my inquiries. This behavior is completely unacceptable and disrespectful to their clients.

I strongly advise against using MyPOS for anyone looking for a reliable solution and competent customer support. A bank that ignores its clients in such serious situations is not trustworthy.

Mypos: A Disappointing Experience

I was excited to try Mypos based on a friend's recommendation, but my experience has been far from positive. The application process was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. The required documentation was unclear, leading to unnecessary back-and-forth communication. Additionally, the app itself was unreliable during this process.
Customer service has been equally disappointing. Responses were often generic and unhelpful, with agents seemingly more focused on adhering to policies than resolving issues. The lack of timely support and effective communication has significantly hindered my business operations.
I would strongly advise potential customers to explore alternative payment solutions that prioritize efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Awful and dodgy company

Sold the terminals to us really quick. All documents provided same day. Then it's all downhill. Customer service is only useful to read out staged scripts, but themselves are actually useless. Activation and verification desptire confirming they had all documents, two weeks later, 'application under review'. It seems they just forgot about the application despite daily phonecalls. Everyday, your account will be approived by tomorrow. Two weeks later, still nothing, then they have the audacity to send an email asking if there is anything they can do to help. I understand verification is a significant part of the process, however if Square and Revolut can do it in under a day, why is it taking you more than two weeks. Ultimately their constant lies has cost us around £8,000-£10,000 in card sales. Wish we had just signed up to Revolut in the first place.

Not only that, after giving them all my details to a live agent, I am now getting ermails from my Credit agency of my details being sold online, and being specific to the details given to myPOS.
