I was excited to try Mypos based on a friend's recommendation, but my experience has been far from positive. The application process was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. The required documentation was unclear, leading to unnecessary back-and-forth communication. Additionally, the app itself was unreliable during this process.
Customer service has been equally disappointing. Responses were often generic and unhelpful, with agents seemingly more focused on adhering to policies than resolving issues. The lack of timely support and effective communication has significantly hindered my business operations.
I would strongly advise potential customers to explore alternative payment solutions that prioritize efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Sold the terminals to us really quick. All documents provided same day. Then it's all downhill. Customer service is only useful to read out staged scripts, but themselves are actually useless. Activation and verification desptire confirming they had all documents, two weeks later, 'application under review'. It seems they just forgot about the application despite daily phonecalls. Everyday, your account will be approived by tomorrow. Two weeks later, still nothing, then they have the audacity to send an email asking if there is anything they can do to help. I understand verification is a significant part of the process, however if Square and Revolut can do it in under a day, why is it taking you more than two weeks. Ultimately their constant lies has cost us around £8,000-£10,000 in card sales. Wish we had just signed up to Revolut in the first place.

Not only that, after giving them all my details to a live agent, I am now getting ermails from my Credit agency of my details being sold online, and being specific to the details given to myPOS.

This company is a very bad joke. Customer support is useless, I wanted to return the device after I realized what a piece of garbage I bought from a company shouldn't be exist. Their return form is unnecessarily hard to fill, and the return would be more expensive what I paid for this useless terminal. Please don't be so stupid like me and avoid them.

Avoid!!terrible service, no support and you will not see your money back.

After months, I continue to reiterate that mypos offers terrible, not to say shameful, customer service. They think that a customer has to stare at the phone for a whole day without receiving an answer. Let's not complain about our banking institutions, because they are pitiful. Genuinely 1 star or less. Probably the dogiest company you could ever trust to help take payments. Based in Bulgaria, they ask the most ridiculous questions to release funds and still don't. Hidden charges every where and I'm still fighting them to get £3,300 back they have stolen from myself.

The money should simply be transferred straight into my business account.

Currently complaints lodged with Trading Standards and Financial Services Ombudsman.

Terrible Bulgarian company. The owner Georgiev is under investigation for money laundering and financial crimes. He’s connected with financial pyramid SataBank Malta Do not use it!

MYPOSConnect is a great cloud based EPOS system for my retail outlets. We have been using it for 12 years now and support is always first rate.Not to be confused with mypos.eu which I was confused on a moment ago!!
