Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 100 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained about severe difficulties when trying to withdraw their earned funds, often facing unexpected error messages, payment rejections, or suddenly locked accounts. People also experienced deeply frustrating issues with customer support agents who routinely provided unhelpful or completely preprogrammed responses. Reviewers mentioned that the mobile application frequently freezes, glitches, or alters betting lines unexpectedly during active gameplay. Consumers strongly felt that the platform's payout structures, hidden fees, and promotional offers were entirely misleading and deeply unfair. Many individuals advised others to avoid depositing money entirely to prevent losing funds on the platform.

Be mindful when deciding to bet using…

Be mindful when deciding to bet using this app. There is some weird issue with the referral link and although 2 people clicked my link and signed up, prize picks is saying they didn’t use my promo code. One I physically saw with my own eyes the code was there YET according to them the person used “best offer” bull. The customer service is inept and you can wait hours and hours for a response even when the timeframe says within the hour. They’ve lost a better for sure with their bait and switch tactics. Be careful.

Not customer friendly

I had been using the platform for a couple of months with no problems. I talked it up to several friends. I sent the link to one friend. He used it but according to the person I chatted with did use it correctly, so I didn't get the $25.
I sent a screen shot of the text with link that I sent my friend.
They didn't care. They responded that the direction were clear.
I asked them if they were really willing to lose a good customer over $25.
No response.
With so many options out there one would think they'd go out of their way to please.
Like the $25 would break the bank.
Anyway, I cashed out and deleted my account.

PP is f’ing horrible

PP is f’ing horrible. Maybe some years ago PP was a good betting app, now it just seems like a money grab. There’s plenty of better apps that are honorable and better than PP. For new people, I’ll suggest looking into other apps rather than PP. My deposits have come up missing on multiple occasions. Haven’t been able to withdraw. I even been cheated out of my parlays talking about one of my picks didn’t hit but the actual stat sheet show that it hit. Other betting platforms are way better. If you’re a newcomer look the other way!

I recently wanted to download prize…

I recently wanted to download prize picks because of their promo deal they are running for the holidays. Figuring if I make an account and deposit $5 I would get $50 to bet with. So I downloaded it and made my account, went to place my first deposit of $20 and realized that my bank account was charged for the $20 but it never went through into my prize picks account. And now it’s no where to be found and I’ve been waiting on a response from support for over an hour now! Absolutely DO NOT recommend making a account if you see their promo deals, unless you want to be robbed and inconvenienced

Prize pick scoring is fraud

Prize pick scoring is fraud .

If you look up the official scoring for instance, Lamar Jackson had two receiving touchdowns. Price pic will tell you he had none and you’ll lose your bet. I tried talking to priapic about it and they said nope this is our independent scoring system and I’m like, but it came officially from the NFL website. so today will be my last day using price packs. I’m not giving them another dime.

I wanted to try Prize Picks with a 25 dollar deposit. Instead I was charged 100 dollars. When I tried to withdraw I got a message saying that it was a 1X play through. I'll never deposit there again. They give themselves the upper hand in keeping all your money. Crooks!

Protected Picks are not really protected

I select protected play last Friday, after receiving an email that says Protected Play, I click the link, make a bet, that shows protected play. Yet when the bet loses, I am not credited with the loss. Support says I have another box to check with the following -
After further review it's showing that you opted in but did not check the protected play box before finalizing your lineup. You would have to opt in through the promotions tab, press play now, and then check the protected play box

Deceptive and disappointing - lots of competition for this service out there, losing customers make it hard to gain market share. I wish I could say good luck, but it is good riddance.

Use the official scoring from the leagues that are bet on. Bottom line . Not some make believe scoring system to screw people out of their money.

The company can improve by using legitimate official scoring. They say the use 3rd party official scorers. So whatever there 3rd party scorer says after the game goes. I had a Quarterback bet under 211.5 yards passing. Every publication on the official scoring of this bet was 208 yards . Including NFL official scoring. They told me their 3rd party statistician said he had 212 yards. So causing my bet to lose by a half yard instead of winning by 3.5 yards. I went back and forth with support. They said to bad we state in by-laws that we use 3rd party scoring. Essentially said you have zero recourse and you lose . That's it. If you are going to run a gambling site at least use the OFFICIAL score line . Not your biased vendor who is highly inaccurate. In Prize Picks favor of course. There are far more options out there . Don't waste your hard earned money on rigged outcomes.

Unable to withdraw funds

Unable to withdraw funds

When I try to withdraw my money, PrizePicks keeps giving me an error. I've tried this on my app and on my computer.

PrizePicks support is not helpful. They either ignore me or tell me there's no error and I need to try again tomorrow. It's been like this for weeks and they refuse to help.

If you want to actually withdraw your winnings, look elsewhere. But if you're in the business of donating money to PrizePicks and never getting it back, then this is the right app for you.
