Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 100 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained about severe difficulties when trying to withdraw their earned funds, often facing unexpected error messages, payment rejections, or suddenly locked accounts. People also experienced deeply frustrating issues with customer support agents who routinely provided unhelpful or completely preprogrammed responses. Reviewers mentioned that the mobile application frequently freezes, glitches, or alters betting lines unexpectedly during active gameplay. Consumers strongly felt that the platform's payout structures, hidden fees, and promotional offers were entirely misleading and deeply unfair. Many individuals advised others to avoid depositing money entirely to prevent losing funds on the platform.

Go through Hard Rock or Fan Duel for bets

Please use Hard Rock or some other sports betting that won't hold your money hostage. This company refuses to give us our money back after my husband told them that PayPal accidentally deposited too much money. They told him he had to play all of the money (over $200) on games even though paypal admits it was a mistake. We tried to comply with what we were told, but it seems to be a total waste of our time and money. I'm highly disappointed because we're not really gamblers and we don't have money like this to waste. It's sickening to know that this company has millions of dollars and still won't allow us to get our money back.

PrizePicks is pointless

Was scrolling Facebook, getting hit with ad after ad. Join prizepicks make a sure play bet and get an extra $50!! Cool I tried and my whole experience was just bleh. So I end up in the help center. I had a simple request. Just wanted help with a $10 deposit that charged, but didn't add to my account. On top of that it said my card was connected to another account. So I access customer service, after being forced to scroll through the uselesd troubleshooting.. ofcourse even when you get to the "chat" they have a bot first that goes through the basics again until it finally gives you the option to connect to a representative. I didn't get my human though. I got Jason. After explaining and showing him a screen shot it should have been simple as let me put that in your account and find out what that is about your bank info being on another account. No instead he instantly hits me with, "Oh your card must not work" . Then why did Prizepicks charge my card the money then? He tells me it's a pending charge and the money would be back in 1-10 days. Cool I guess, except I only even came to this gambling app to gamble because your ad on my Facebook said I could get a promo for a $5 bet. Couldn't even make the bet! So not only did I miss the game, my money is just in limbo because I tried to join in on your app. Would not recommend.

Be careful they will lose your money!

Beware using this app. I starting playing about a year ago and got lucky and hit a good pick which won me over $200+. Played a couple more rounds in the season which left me a balance of +$200. Following season I tried withdrawing my balance but wouldn’t allow me to saying the system needed a new credit card. I tried contacting someone to get the logic and they make it to where you don’t get to talk to any live representative. Couple of weeks pasted and looking back into my account and it was $0. Again tried reaching a representative and like I said they make it where you will not talk to a representative. I followed all the required chat requests and ended up with “an internal investigation will be preformed and we’ll quickly get back to you”. Never heard back them. Tried again through the chat process and it’s the same run around. Don’t trust this app. Be careful with your money. I could see a class act lawsuit here in the future.

I won a small amount

I won a small amount. Did the process of giving my bank information. Read it could take up to 72 hours. It’s past that. Still no money. Did the live chat that says “less than 29 minutes “ for an answer. It’s over two hours. The account won’t let me withdraw the money. I’m getting frustrated with this. And will not be dealing with this app again once I get the money.

PrizePicks has been the most…

PrizePicks has been the most disappointing betting site I've ever used; it feels like a complete scam. I started with a $25 bet, plus their $50 bonus, and managed to grow it to $300. However, I ended up losing most of it, only getting back to $25 before climbing back up to $270. That's when the issues really began.

I placed a bet on a fantasy player to score under 41 points. With just 3 seconds left in the game, he had 39 points, but those 3 seconds seemed to stretch on for at least 2 minutes, allowing him to surpass 41 points. It honestly feels like some players are betting against themselves. They have you betting on players who may not even play, only to inform you at the last minute. Players who usually score 20 or 30 points suddenly score 60 when you bet on them to go under 40.

I’m completely done with this.

Withdraw process is a nightmare !!

Withdraw process is horrible! I deposited with Venmo and have several bank accounts linked to Venmo which allowed me to make a deposit within seconds. I have tried to withdraw my winnings and was rejected 2 times for no reason. Several customer service agents informed me that it was an error .....But how is that possible if i am withdrawing to the exact same Venmo account i used to deposit. Then i was told to deposit another $10 and bet to change the method of deposit to try again !!! SCAM

Just Another Compulsive Game

What made MINE great? WAITING. Even MORE, abstinence. I don't gamble man. I see this commercial and it's a catchy one though. What I REALLY see though is ALL negative. These 5 solid star reviews are made up profiles the developers made up and then left those solid comments. Looks to ME like nobody really wins on this. I know these games. I don't give away money that easy. There's some other things I wanna leave reviews through this site TrustPilot.

PrizePicks app are bunch of thieves

PrizePicks app are bunch of thieves, they use an unofficial source for their stats. I turned in a 6-pick lineup and hit on all of them and when they settled the lineup they used unofficial stats from a “third-party” and would NOT pay me my winning and said I can escalate it to court if I want. They know most people can’t afford lawyers so they do whatever benefits them. Every official stats I’ve found shows the correct numbers but they said “our third party” stats show different numbers! Such BS! I will try to find an attorney to sue these thieves and keep you all updated!

PrizePicks SUCKS

PrizePicks is a really nice app and site to place lineup picks.. however the site and everyone affiliated with the site and app are complete idiots and are worthless.. I had my account locked and can’t access it for no reason, no one person I’ve chatted with in support can tell me the issue except my account was found in violation and will never be reopened… I will suggest BETR, it’s a better experience and support is awesome..

Prize picks scammers

I attempted to deposit $25 into my account but received a message stating the transaction failed. I tried again and got the same message, so I made one final attempt. However, $75 was deducted in total. I immediately contacted the help center and was informed that the $50 could not be refunded. I did not intend to deposit $75, and I only retried because the message indicated the deposit wasn’t successful. Even my balance still showed as zero, which led me to believe the transactions hadn’t gone through. Prize picks are scammers and customer service very unhelpful

Don't use prize picks

Don't use prize picks. I think there odds are horrible they even changed players statuses after you have chosen a player to bet on like what's a reboot? They claim you "win" a certain but you really don't for example you can bet $40 win maybe 4 out of 6 picks which to prize picks is a win but they still keep your 40 and give you less than that so how is that a win

This customer service team is the worse…

This customer service team is the worse I ever dealt with. They have all my information and won’t release my winnings. Went through hoops to get started and now more hoops to get paid. I will be starting civil litigation against them and will hold them accountable for their service behavior. We have to hold them liable at any cost because they are making money off of our money. No Bueno!!
