Very satisfied
Bulb showed up in a timely fashion and works great. Not like the bulb for another PJ that i ordered from Amazon that only puts out 41% of the light compared to the bulb with 1550 hrs on it. Won't make that mistake again.

fantastic sales and customer service
This company was fantastic. I ordered a bulb to be shipped. They called me to suggest I drive into Calgary to pick it up. The postal service was overwhelmed from Christmas and there were many delays. I picked it up the next day. They provided curb side service for me due to my immune compromised system. The salesman Andre was exceptional. Bulb worked beautifully. Thanks Andre.
