This is my second time ordering a lamp from Myprojectorlamps Canada. The first lamp had some kind of a defect, as it stopped working within a month, when it was supposed to go on for about 2000 hours. I informed them about the issue and they immediately made arrangements for me to return the faulty lamp, via free shipping, and replaced it with a brand new lamp FOR FREE! I am totally impressed with myprojectorlamps for their prompt action!

Panasonic PT-AE4000U replacement lamp
I have a projector that is 10 years old, after searching high & low to find a lamp, I came across a company in Calgary, MyProjectorLamps online. Ordered the product on a Friday and received the following Tuesday/wed on regular shipping. Installed the part very easily after watching a quick youtube video as a few screws needed to be loosened to remove the old one. Have used the projector for a couple of hours and the replacement lamp seems to be working perfectly. I would recommend My Projector Lamps!

The whole experience of getting a replacement lamp was excellent. The web site was easy to navigate and I was able to find the replacement lamp quickly and the price was very good (better than some of the other sites and way better than the manufacturer).
