Our church's ceiling mount projector's lamp burnt out with a loud pop sound. We called in the original installation company to check it out. They told us that no more replacement lamps were available to these old projectors (15 years). They did replaced another one's lamp about 5 years ago. (we have two projectors in the sanctuary) And it seemed we have to upgrade and to buy two new projectors!

A church member who works in the business of setting up conventional meetings with media and sounds told me about your company. And he sent me your link so that I made the phone call to inquire about the available parts to match our model number.

They said they have two lamps available in Calgary, I went to your downtown store and picked one up first to try it out. It comes with installation instructions and warrantee paper online. Pavan, the gentleman, opened the box to show me how it works; and another lady staff who were at the store also were very friendly and helpful. Much appreciated!

After a week or so, the replacement lamp is working great. We decided to buy one more to replace the other one as well, and keeping that old lamp as a spare for emergency repair.

The lamps are not cheap, but for OEM parts and ease of installation, the price is competitive to the other sources.

We are happy to have it from a local dealer that we know! Certainly this is cheaper than hiring a professional to do the job or to spend more money buying new projectors.

Excellent customer service support.
First time ordering a lamp for our projector. My First delivery was poor quality out of the box. Made 1 call and they sent out a replacement. Only downfall was I had to wait another 2 weeks to get it. The 2nd delivery was perfect out of the box. It’s been 18 days, So far so good. Thanks to myprojectorlamps for your support.

I received the correct part at exactly the time promised. I needed 2 lamps and you only had one in stock. The shipment was being held waiting for the second lamp. I called to inquire on the delay stating that I needed the one lamp ASAP. Your CS dept immediately released the lamp in stock, expedited courier. I received it in great shape and the second one came a few weeks later also in great shape.

Lamp I recieved did not work" as my review indicated". Contacted My Lamp and they replaced the lamp. The
service great.But I am still gun shy when it comes to projector lamps. Things can go wrong with any product but serving of said product is so important.

I didn't know where else to turn to get the lamp I needed. Although it took a little while to get it, as it was back ordered, it was exactly what I needed. It saved me a major expense i.e. another projector. I will certainly recommend you and THANK YOU.!!!

LMP-H220 burnt out after only 900 hrs in my Sony projector. Hope this one will last longer. Very good communication thru email with Mariia. Happy to confirm by opening assembly that the lamp assembly really have a Philips bulb inside.

The order came very fast and now my projector works like new. When I called and inquired about the lamp. she sent me a tracking number but if I had checked my email properly I would have found the first email she sent with a tracking number a few days earlier. Received my Optoma bulb well packaged in a giant bubble wrap, genuine Philips, Osram, Ushio as promised. Will buy from them again, but hope I don't have to anytime soon. Seems to be a well run company in all departments. Rectified the broken Google review link after I informed them.
