Fast and efficient service and lamp works fine

I like to be prepared ahead of time and I purchased a replacement lamp as a backup given the difficulties in obtaining a replacement for a Mitsubishi projector. About 1 year later, I needed to replace the lamp and replaced it with the backup one I had bought from them. It doesn't work at all. So, acknowledging that the warranty was expired in an email - even though I never opened the box - I reached out to them for either technical assistance or for help in resolving this. What did I get in return? Not even the courtesy of a reply. I reached out again, and, no answer. From my perspective, this is terrible after sales support. My queries were polite and respectful so I don't understand the silence. I thought that, since they are a Canadian-based company that they would at least acknowledge and that I could trust them. Nope.

Super reliable and fast. I order from here every time my projector lamp burns out.

My purchase was simple. A lamp for my projector, obviously. Shipping was very quick. I was impressed with the email of the installation instruction. Saves me the time from having to go online and look for it. It shows thoughtfulness and experience. Highly recommended with this vendor!

Great customer service 👏 they accidentally sent me the right bulb but no casing, they emediatly corrected their error by shipping me the correct bulb 💡with casing by way of express shipping knowing I needed the bulb before a ufc fight and the superbowl that weekend.

Our projector lamp failed over the weekend. The projector is almost 20 years old, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a replacement lamp that was also in stock. Shipping was quick, ordered Sunday afternoon, arrived Wednesday. As far as I could tell, the lamp assembly replacement was identical. It has been two weeks with no issues. I would absolutely source components through MyProjector in the future.

Purchased Epson ELPLP68 Projector Lamp with Module and it was quick delivery and the easiest installation with instructions! Quality is great and the value can not be beat anywhere. Very impressed, will defintely order again someday when I need a replacement. Great customer service! Highly recommend.

Service was great as well as advice. Product works and half cost of normal lamp ie Epson. I will update review if it does not last. But impressed.

This company is totally legit. I saved hundreds of dollars on the purchase of a new lamp for my Sony VPL-HW45ES. Sony's third party parts supplier in Canada quoted me $699.00 + shipping and delivery in 2 weeks. MPL had the original lamp sent overnight for a third of the price. They use OEM lamps and make their own housing. Highly recommend MPL.

I was looking for a replacement bulb for my Optoma HD25e projector. This is my first time buying from them and I am very satisfied. The bulb was well protected in its package. I live in Quebec and the shipping was from Calgary. I was able to track the item easily. Very satisfied.
