I was a first time customer and had questions about what I needed for my Epson projector. I found the folks at Myprojectorlamps knowledgeable and professional, helping me get set up with an account and being that the lamp I required was in stock, I went to their office in Calgary where my order was ready for pickup when I got there. Transaction was seamless and easy. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Had my JVC projector go into “lamp replacement” alert (automatic at 2900 hrs regardless of lamp visual performance in my 8 yr old model). Did a precautionary search for replacement lamp sources/price and discovered “MyProjectorLamps”. In stock, OEM not clone, very competitive price and shipping included. And that is what I got a few days later. OEM box includes foam rubber suspension within strong cardboard and MyProjectorLamps surrounded the OEM box in a heavy duty bubble tube box thing that would prevent any damage short of running over it with the delivery truck. Of note, I discovered my local high end AV store uses MyProjectorLamps as a source themselves (with a modest mark up for services rendered as middle person).

So impressed gave a previous invoice number they had all the information and was shipped out the same day.

Website is very useful, easy to find lamp and installation process. I placed an order and it was shipped within 30 minutes! I took over 2 weeks to receive it, but this is a shipping issue mostly related to the pandemic.
