The products are good and so I would give it 5 stars if there was an English lenguage for the Swiss app. It was really difficult to navigate around while having to translate everything. I tried to check if I could change the language but found nothing so if there is a choice it's better to be in the front page or something.

Great product selection and quality, very good/competitive pricing and discounts.
Only issues are sometimes inconsistancy in delivery times/expectations and language. British company, but cannot toggle to english when ordering from Switzerland. Seems like a simple enough fix?

This is the most retarded webshop i have ever seen.
It takes and confirms your order, but then doesn't ship it, because it never took the payment.
It's literally impossible to make purchases. It just gives you a fake order confirmation and nothing happens. No payment, no shipment. This happens every time, no matter what you order and how you pay. The webshop simply does not work.

While ordering on the swiss site everything is in german. Not everyone in Switzerland speaks german. Language options should be available so orfering can be easier and not need to translate everything

I am genuinely appalled by Myprotein’s customer service and return policy, particularly for Swiss customers. First of all, the website is exclusively in German for Switzerland, which is already inconvenient given the country's multilingual nature. If you go out of your way to contact their team in English, they will respond exclusively in German, claiming it’s the only language they "manage." Really? In 2025, with tools like DeepL readily available, it seems the effort is expected entirely from the customer.
Now, onto the return policy—an absolute disaster. You are expected to pay for return shipping yourself (min. 30CHF as you have to ship it to UK... lol)
And finally, for their Black Friday sales, here’s the cherry on top: they engage in practices that are, frankly, deceptive if not outright illegal. Prices are hiked 1-2 weeks before the sale to flaunt a "50% discount" during Black Friday. I've seen it happen with my own eyes, as I used to order the same items regularly—until this blatant tactic became apparent. My comment will maybe be deleted because they will tell I lie, but i am really telling you the truth... You can find some Reddits thread talking about it.
I am begrudgingly giving 2 stars instead of 1 solely because the products themselves are good. But I really don't recommend the company and the customer service. You'll find better in Switzerland :)

Lack of transparency: When placing the order (to be delivered in Switzerland), customers should have a clear understanding of extra costs. While Customs duties are part of it, the carrier would add "handling costs" to my order, which accounted for a significant amount.
Given the origin of the product and the relationship between MyProtein and their partners is well known and established, customers should have at least an estimation of how much the final price would be. This would avoid unexpected surprises and frustrations.
When asking Myprotein about an explanation, the answer can be reduced to: "We don't cover handling costs", certainly not much customer-oriented.
Hence, cost transparency is clearly an area of improvement for MyProtein.
Note: “We don't cover handling costs” was actually the response from the customer service …
