I ordered (order #606277307) from Myprotein Switzerland, expecting delivery in 3-5 working days as stated during checkout. However, the order took 8 working days to arrive, and I was charged an unexpected border tax, which was not made clear when placing the order. I later found out that shipments still come from the UK, even though I ordered from a Swiss website, leading to additional fees.
The lack of transparency and misleading information on delivery times and charges have left me very frustrated. I shouldn't have to search through the website to find hidden details that contradict the information shown at checkout. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I won’t be ordering from Myprotein again.

Please translate the full Swiss website in French and English. German version is painful and demanding much more effort to understand than a full IronMan.

When using the website in Switzerland, the only available language is German.
There are other official languages in the country that could be considered (French, Italian) or make the site available in English.

It would be nice if prices for the customs tax would be listed somewhere but that is just a minor issue, since customs mostly apply to food products and not supplements :)

I cannot change the Swiss site from German to any other language. French? Italian? English? German is the only language I do not understand. I could not order a simple protein. The collagen protein I ordered… I have no idea what flavor I ordered. Shameful….

Couldn’t get my order twice. Got a refund finally, then got charged a month later for a recurring delivery which of course did not make sense for me anymore since MyProtein could not for some reason make the delivery work twice before and yet they did not categorize my order as cancelled altogether. They only cancelled this one occurrence.
Other deliveries work just fine, I reckon it is probably some kind of an internal problem of the company or its deal with the delivery service provider, but it should not be customer’s concern. I honestly wanted to use MyProtein’s products but having experienced this kind of customer service for months now (which wasted much more of my time than I would have liked it to) I doubt I will ever purchase anything more from this brand again.
To be precise - it happened in Switzerland ordering from the Swiss website.

I have been getting my protein for quite some time now. During my last 2 purchases (which both have been for over 150 CHF each), I would expect free delivery as mentioned. However, in both times, I had to pay 34 CHF for delivery upon receiving my package. I live in Switzerland. The first time it happened I though it was probably a misunderstanding or something. However, when it happened again, I thought then the free delivery part is not true.

I’ve been a customer for multiple years. Recently It was heavily promoted to use the app for the order - including an app specific discount. So this time I tried to use the app. Toward the end of the order, because it was a large order, I was offered and selected 4 free gifts, which felt positive. When I finally went to pay for it, only at the end of several steps it rejected my order saying it doesn’t deliver to my country, which is untrue because I’ve had scores of orders delivered to me. I gave up and switched back to web based ordering which of course did work, yet because of the web rather than app I lost both the discount and the gifts I had selected. This bait and switch result made it a negative experience. But to be fair I am generally satisfied with the products I buy.
