Marine with Myrooms was so helpful in finding me a room in a very short time frame. She was very responsive and and answered all questions I had very quickly. All communication is done via WhatsApp rather than email, which makes communication much easier. I can't thank Marine enough! Initially, I was a bit skeptical about the online process as there is no direct viewing, but it turned out to be surprisingly smooth and efficient, with no unpleasant surprises at the end. The location is fantastic, right next to my workplace, on a quiet street close to everything I need.

Mihai is absolutely professional and efficient, he is kind and are willing to give me help all the time. Brilliant stuff from him!

Let me keep short

1. I believe the positive feedbacks about the company in this site are fake
2. They don't tell that the trains moving underground generate noise, and you will not be able to sleep because of the metals and pipes moving and generate noises.
3. They are not responsive and they don't care what problems occur in the house
4. There was no or very slow internet at the start of my move in, and it was like this until I break the contract. They still think that they provide internet but its speed is 6Mpbs whereas uk average is 100Mpbs. My phone has better internet, and they don't care
5. I complaint about the thin wall, they didn't care. The walls need isolation but they don't care. Literally, I can hear the voice on the phone of the guy next to me. VOICE on the phone!!
6. The house is very close to tube station, and at night the pipes and metals of the house are moving, and they generate noise, I complaint about this. They don't care.
7. I filed a dispute in theprs.co.uk, I don't think I will get something positive
