It's a tough London market and difficult to find responsive agents. Much more reliable service than Spareroom

I've been under Myrooms agency for around 2 years and they have been very helpful, reliable and trustworthy. All staffs are excellent with their job and I am very satisfied with the service 💯💯💯

Lots of properties. It is such a hard market to find a place but made it super easy. I did have to work hard to find a place tho messaging hundreds of people and rooms until I found my own now. My room is nice and especially mihai who constantly answered my questions at all hours of the day he was truly great.

My experience with Myrooms especially Mihai had been great. I was a bit nervous with the virtual viewing but the room was even better than the videos when I saw it in person. Mihai was very attentive and patient. He answered all my questions and has been very professional.

The experience was made very easy by the helpful Mihai who was there every step of the way on my journey to find a room to rent which I'd been having a lot of trouble with! As soon as I showed interest in a property he immediately got back to me and made a rather intimidating process feel very simple which made the whole move a lot less stressful than it needed to be! I thank Mihai and the rest of the team at Myrooms and I recommend their services to anyone who just can't seem to find a room and is intimidated by the move in process as a whole as I felt like I walk talking to a friend the whole time.

The process was very straightforward and clear and Mihai was very helpful throughout. I appreciated the open communication throughout the entire referencing process that allowed me to provide additional information as a freelancer. The room had slightly different furniture than pictured in the video tour but was otherwise as described. It would have been great to receive information about the other tenants in the flat, particularly gender and age, as this might have had an impact in my decision process.

The rental process was excellent. Mihai made sure that every concern is addressed through out the process which in turn helped me to get the nice room in a great area. The service was very professional, honest and straightforward. Thank you!

I used this agency, to my regret. I got a fabulous room at first, but as apparent to other reviews, i was made to leave within two months and in a panic of not having a roof over my head, i accepted their more expensive but way far from work room. Against my wishes this flat share housed a druggie party animal. As a nurse doing shifts i found it unbearable. This girl had random men visiting her, she constantly phoned us at 4am to let her in, wild parties, and on top ot his such a mess and volume of vomit that we got mouse infestation in a 6tht floor apartment. She ate our food, stole our stuff and even had her 'quests' sleep in other flatmates rooms when they were away leaving a mess and cocaine dust all over. Myrooms didnt act to our complaints. I had to leave for my safety and sanity. I found a replacing tenant and followed through the contract details to the tee. Instead of receiving my deposit, i got threat from them. After i left, i asked my husband (we were separated at the time and not living together) to drop my keys to myrooms office, as i had a shift to do. He duly went in with my keys, but they refused to accept the keys. They held him literally as a hostige, refusing him to leave premises until he tells them my bank account number (which they had already) and my new address. My poor husband was horrified and didn't have the sense to phone police. As a nurse, im not allowed phones on duty, and was unaware of this situation. At the end, my husband got in touch with our then landlords (we just moved in together) who were able to provide my bank details. They then released him. This took about three hours. I never received my deposit so i took myrooms to court. I won my case. Myrooms didnt react. I sent bayliffs, but myrooms didnt let them in, they claimed they had the wrong address. I contacted my MP mr Keir Starmer, who got me in touch with a body to deal with myrooms, along with many many other creditors but Myrooms went into voluntary liquidation. At the end i never got back my money from these robbers. Despite clearing bankcrupty, Myrooms still apprears to deal. Please please please, beware.

This was the first time to cooperate with Equinox/Myrooms.
The process was relatively easy and each step was clearly described. With the close and constant support of the agency we have managed to complete the necessary paperwork and bureaucracy and enter the property the third working day! That was great.
I have to mention the efforts of my case's agent, Mihai Dan, who had the patience to deal with my constant requests and questions throughout, no matter whether those came within working hours or not.
Mihai has been responding to everything while a lot of the work took place on a Sunday late evening! I thank him personally for that and I hope other clients are a lesser pest that I have been!
At end the experience was really productive and fast. On a personal level I m totally satisfied and in general I hope everything will end as smooth as it has started if and when I would need to move on.
