I wasn't pleased that I reached out with an issue with a new product I bought. No one reached out to resolve the issue and I had to actually fix the thing myself. Very disappointing.

fyi my fiance loves her unique engagment ring fyi i did not like that i had to go buy moss from walmart but customer service was promt when responding to my emails as to why the moss was not included. its a good quality product and cs was responsive.

I ordered a shell it came without the chain that would go around someone's neck. You were quick to respond to the issue and sent me a pre paid print out to send it back. But I sent it back two weeks ago and have not gotten a reply or notification about the product. I sent an email to the person I've been communicating with 2 days ago and haven't gotten a reply.

I had this ring many years ago and loved it! When it broke I was so upset. To make matters worse, I couldn't remember where I ordered it from. I was thrilled to find it again!!! Ring is perfect and exactly how I remembered. The size runs a bit smaller than I remember, but otherwise it glows and looks perfectly.

Order was shipped quickly from Canada to CA, received within a week! The ring was just as photographed and is absolutely stunning! I’ve purchased twice before from this business and have never been disappointed. There are others on Etsy or other websites that are copycats of Secret Wood and offer similar items for a cheaper price, but with those, you’re taking a risk in terms of quality and durability. You definitely get what you paid for!

Your ring design is so unique and the moss or whatever it is that comes inside the box is great too.

The first time I ordered from this company was in 2018, but I recently placed another order. Secret Woods noticed that I was a repeat customer and reached out to me, thanking me for my business and telling me they were including a free gift with my purchase. I can't believe how thoughtful and kind this company is and I will happily purchase from them in the future.

The ring I wanted was not available and I was contacted about getting a different one. After I agreed to do that, it arrived swiftly and is even better than the one I originally wanted.

I give 5 stars whenever I can just get the item, but it was not my choice this time. 4 stars. Btw, the idea getting the herbs in the box is funny and surpise.

The customer service we have received has always been phenomenal and quick to resolve any issue. The love this design of a ring but for what I do it is not going to be functional as I have broken 2 rings now, the second they do not know about.
