Best software I have ever purchased , very helpful customer service from David, Stephen & Lyndon that gets your computer working like a Ferrari not a Morris Minor.

Christian, Stephen, & Lyndon were ALL great!! I spent more time with Christian & Stephen and those two are just fantastic. They answered every question, fixed my problems, & we had lots of fun while doing it!! Lyndon, well that one; he just kind of "snuck" in did his thing and "snuck" right back off.....lol. He is very good as well. I've not spoken to him but from watching him work.....quick, efficient, and right on top of things. I believe they ALL should be taken out by the BOSS for a very expensive dinner!! (BOSS pays!!!!) Way to go guys!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING THAT U DO. Kimberly Jennings

I have had issues with this pc for some time and two different techs have worked with me to correct the issues. The last one I have dealt with is Lyndon and I sent him an email last week about a problem I was having and he responded quickly. We set up a time for him to fix the pc today and with less than an hour he had my pc running smooth and fast! I recommend anyone with pc problems to contact My Security Center and get their program with the customer service! You cannot beat this deal nor can you find a better group of techs. Lyndon is #1 in my eyes! Thank you!

Both software products - MYPTuneUp and MYInternetSecurity - work very well. They are easy to understand and use. My Windows XP Desktop and my wife's Windows Vista Laptop are working faster, more smoothly, and with greater security than previously. I've worked directly with technicians Steve and Lyndon with immediately positive results. They called promptly as scheduled, and kept me aware every step of the way. Lyndon loaded an advance copy of his DEToolKit which is a big help in doing normal maintenance tasks. I highly recommend the company and their products.

I was having an issue with my spyware not working, so I emailed MYsecuritycentre for advice and received an email a couple of hours. They agreed a time and day where one of the tech employees could take over my PC and resolve the issue. I spoke to a man called Lyndon who talked me through what he was doing, and who offered fantastic customer support service throughout. He resolved the issue and my spyware now works fine. Overall brilliant service. Very impressed.

I have just renewed MYSecurity Centre Gold and MY PCTune up. Had a problem with Tune Up (not their fault) and my request was handled quickly and sorted within 24 hours. I have been with them for 5 years and have had every query dealt with speedly. Last year, I made a terrible mistake when trying to download and they handled it brillantly.

Straightforward dealings, prompt responses, actions implemented quickly and as agreed, very good to deal with!

I downloaded this programme by mistake; decided I didn't want it as I had other satisfactory security in place. I had tried to uninstall it, but even though I am the administrator it was impossible.to do so.
When I emailed the company they were extremely helpful and after arranging a mutual time uninstalled it for me.
So if this product is what you want I am sure they will do a good job.

the products I have used have always performed as expected, Support is prompt, understands fully what is the problem e encountered/advice needed. Resposes are in plain English and are easily understood by the non-technical user.

A simple problem but dealt with effectively within 24 hours
