This is a good company which takes care of the individual and his/her requirements.

When I started to fill in the information required to take out a policy with MYSecurityCenter I became a bit lost and found that in the end I had filled in information twice. The Support centre staff were brilliant and as I panicked, they calmly cancelled the duplicate policy for me. From then I have had emails at spaced intervals checking that all was well, and as I now no longer have need of their help, they have, without fuss, cancelled the policy I no longer need. I have found it very reassuring that they respond so quickly to my emails and deal so promptly with any problems. Apart from the confusing application form I would recommend this company willingly as one to trust.

Excellent. Courteous. Efficient Service.

After encountering difficult in installing an updated Security Suite, it was necessary to ask for my PC to be taken over remotely by 'Mysecuritycentre' to resolve the problem and the installation made by Mysecuritycentre staff. The problem was more compicated than I had realised, but after more than two hours work by one of their technicians the problem was located, dealt with, and a new security system installed. Apart from their technical skills, which one would expect, I was most impressed by the way in which I was kept informed about what was happening, and the respect and courtesy with which I was treated throughout the process.

There To Help when needed.

The service I have received since being a customer over a few years now has helped me to enjoy using my computer without worry. Its nice to know that when in trouble there is some at the other end ready and able to help you. ( Arthur Clewlow )

good alround security suite

excelent security software very easy to use I would definately recomend your securitysuite I'm not great with computers and would have liked to just keep the software going anually instead of having to put in new details dont know if this is possible thankyou

Excellent Service from the Support Team

I have used Mysecuritycenter (MSC) for several years during which time I’ve regularly surfed the internet with no problems from viruses, phishing, trojans or any of the other electronic hazards which are so commonly encountered by internet surfers these days. Recently I decided to upgrade much of the software on my aging PC and I encountered a problem uninstalling my current MSC software. I needn’t have worried. The MSC Support Team was superb. Having emailed MSC with an outline of the problem I was promptly contacted by Marion at the help desk and provided with some simple front line information, downloads and links designed to fix or diagnose the fault. This was followed by a session with an MSC technician, Joen, who remotely took control of my PC and quickly solved the problem to my complete satisfaction. Well done the Team at MSC!!

Excellent support help

I had issues with "access authorisation" boxes appearing multiple times. As soon as I contacted the email address for support they responded immediately. I was remotely connected to a technician, who was extremely helpful and resolved the problem.
The only issue I have is that I didnt get in touch with them sooner as I had this problem for a while and didnt realise I could get it fixed so quickly and efficiently. Thanks to Christian, Marion and all the support team. Excellent service, efficiently executed and I am a totally satisfied customer. Recommend this project to all

Much improvement in communication!

I had MSC (befoe named "etrust") for 5 years and I was happy with it. With my new laptop was a try out of another programm and I changed it. I bought 2 years. Now I know I will change again after that. The other one slows down so much.
It's not that the communication was bad before, but I experienced some communication troubles when etrust changed to MSC.
I had a little problem left now and it was fixed within a few days.

Great support

I used MYSecurityCenter for over 3 years and during that time I found the product to be excellent in all respects. I would also like to compliment the support staff - any queries were answered promptly and successfully.

Fabulous Response

I was having trouble with installing my security centre onto my computer after my computer crashed.
I emailed the the help centre and i can honestly say they could not have been more helpful.
I would certainly recommend this product just for the backup service you receive.

Great Response

I had trouble installing the programme on to my computer. After I was asked to uninstall McAfee I tried to call My Security Center to find out how to fix the problem. I was in a panic for a couple of days as I didn't hear from them but once they responded to my email I was completely reassured. They fixed the problem that night. It is reassuring to know they can gain access to your computer very easily and identify and fix the problem. Now that I have made contact I feel that if I come up against any other problems they will be easily and quickly fixed.

excellent customer services

I had a problem registering my 12 months subscription and had only received 3 months in error. An email to customer services had a prompt reply within 24hours and Marion the efficient and helpful Customer services rep on the other end was able to give me the clear instructions on how to activate the full 12months cover easily from the HELP section of my program. Very impressed, thank You Dot

credible and effective

After a few months with MYInternetSecurity as my new virus program, I was extremely pleased with how the program worked. Nevertheless, I ran into a problem with my computer that caused the MYInternetSecurity did not work properly.
This was entirely my own fault and I contacted the support service and hoped they could help me with this problem. Here's what I give MYInternetSecurity 5 stars. I got an incredibly quick feedback, and when the error could be directed by remote access, then there was a person ready the same day and was remedied my problem. Thanks:)
