Would highly recommend My Simple Mortgage. Excellent service and great people. Special thanks to Anna who arranged our mortgage - she took the stress out of everything it was very useful having a face to face meeting to discuss our options with her. Also as well no question was too much and everything was explained to us in a clear way.

The whole team should be very proud of themselves and I would highly recommend them if you want a stress free mortgage process!

Simply incredible service by Anna Harvey at MSM. I had 2 of 3 properties fall through, and she helped with each one of them without complaint or visible annoyance. She was very prompt with responses and kept every “promise”. Not only that, Tony Currie also helped me with my life & critical illness insurance, he was very friendly, personable, as well as equally prompt with responses/requests. I cannot fault them.

I was recommended to MSM by a family member, who had also been recommended by their friend. Just shows you how good they are. I will continue the cycle.

No suggestions to improve the service as there’s nothing broken, in my experience. Your staff, especially Anna, are a credit to you. Don’t lose them!

Today I moved into my new house , exactly a month after I got my mortgage offer. Words do not do My simple mortgage justice. Every time I called up , and believe me I called up more than I should have, but they made me feel like their only customer, they gave me all the time in the world and answered all my questions fully! Johnathen and James were amazing, a pleasure to speak to always, they chased up the solicitors and estate agents, thus the quick move in. Highly recommended, will definitely be back in a few months! Wanted to say a huge thank you to James and Jonathan at my simple mortgage. I was desperate for a remortgage, so I could get my ex husband off the deeds following our divorce. But being a self employed low earner, this was an extremely big ask. James delivered, getting me a great mortgage deal! Jonathan then took over my application and I wasn’t the easiest customer, ringing and messaging often with questions and queries and generally feeling anxious about the whole thing falling through. Having been introduced to My Simple Mortgage 2 years ago, when they first helped me to remortgage I had absolutely no hesitation in using them again in 2018 when I was looking to remortgage again.

The entire team are great - nothing is too much trouble and they are always on hand to provide guidance and advice. James, in particular was very helpful.

These guys found us a great rate and we came with what felt like an impossible set of circumstances. Low income, single regular salary from a short contract job and no extra cash to put in upfront on a remortgage.
