I have to start off by saying that Max and Luka have been extremely responsive to any questions that may come up before, during and after using their service. I have purchased their premium package several times and the organic growth I have witnessed is incomparable to any other service I've tried in the past. They are quick at fixing any issues that are presented with while running their scripts. They get very granular by asking the brand what demographics they are after. I am overalled very pleased by their services and I will continue to use them going forward. I think they are very knowledgeable and they really give you what you're paying for.

Max's attention to detail and responsiveness is absolutely amazing. I've been using him for a couple of years on multiple Instagram accounts and have seen huge success with those, now I have also used him to get a new website going for me. I'm always impressed by his level of service and professionalism, something that is extremely difficult to find in the creative world. After being frustrated with so many other people who claim to be able to do the things Max does, I won't use anyone else and recommend him to everyone I know!

Just before I found My Sooty I chose another company who turned out scam and I was in PayPal disputes for a month until I recovered my money from the other company.
In the meantime I was in My Sooty trial and I could easily say I was impressed. I initially spoke to Max who was very helpful and explained to me how the service works and what can I expect. I then started speaking to Luka on regular basis who is always super lovely and helpful and I have changed my criteria few times to reach the right audience and they are always super helpful and do the required changes.
