I purchased several essential oils from Mystic Moments on February 25, 2025. The products never reached me, and the company never looked into the matter. I sent multiple emails, to which I received vague and unsatisfactory responses. I felt that the company showed a disregard for its customers, a behavior completely inconsistent with the brand’s promise of well-being and care.

Moments is the operative word
Ordered 4 oils, the first was really nice quality, the others not so much. I intended to buy more when I'd run out but I've literally run out in 4 days, there's next to nothing in the bottles and I have got through a bottle a day. I can only assume the bottles are made of thick glass as they appear full. I have thrown oils away before because usually I don't use them up within the time frame so I won't be placing a second order. Disappointing.

I am really sorry that you feel our customer service is unresponsive and I will certainly look into this matter. I am also confused by your comment that our oils are not good quality as we only purchase from trustworthy and well established suppliers. We certainly would never advertise a fragrant oil as an essential oil. All our essential oils are purchased with all the relevant paperwork to assure us that they are pure essential oils. We have been trading for over 20 years and have a very well established customer base and we would not be able to maintain this if we were treating our customers in a poor way. My apologies if you did not get our normal level of service.
Risk of Cancer causing products
I have concerns that the company is selling Fragrance oils as essential oil. I wrote to the company to address my concerns about fake / diluted oils. It took days for them to reply and I was sent a huge file in which one of the pages stated there is no guarantee their products are free from Carcinogenic, mutagenic, reprotoxin as they don’t test their batches. This is extremely worrying as customers are inhaling this product constantly using it in diffusers.

I purchased the Mystic Moments | Oud Fragrance hoping for a rich, authentic oud scent. Unfortunately, the smell was horrible—nothing even close to oud. It was overpowering and unpleasant, more like cheap chemicals than the luxurious fragrance I expected.
To make matters worse, when I returned the item, the company failed to issue a refund. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I definitely do not recommend buying from Mystic Moments. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Absolutely awful product
Absolutely awful product. Bought the Frangipani absolute oil and it was so terrible I have thrown it in the bin. I have used frangipani for years and this was a chemical awful smell. Avoid this company.

Dishonest product
Their Jasmine Fragrance Oil has no Jasmine aroma. I was immediately hit with strong Sandalwood, when smelling from the bottle. The description failed to mention Sandalwood. I placed one drop into a wooden diffuser to try out, and the smell remained sandalwood throughout, I am convinced there is no Jasmine oil in it.
They also control what reviews gets posted on their website. One-star reviews don't get posted, what a dishonest company.

altouhgh I read all the bad reviews.... I did take the chance to order. as I ordered from them before. I remember the first time ordering was ok. and believed they got better. well..imho ..I realy think they did. I ordered 30 different aroma chemical. all arrived well packed and no leaks whatsoever. I was very imporessed with tthe shipping and truly belive they got better. also, to my experience all AC smelled as they should and fairly new. I can tastify on quality as I dont have enough experience . but it seems to me true to it scent and uncontaminated and even of high quality!
