I was unsure to give 3 or 4 stars but have decided on 4 as the card does save money. Quite frankly I don't use it as often as I could because it's just not worth the hassle for a small percentage discount. We now use Tesco all the time so buy a large card and use it on several trips.

Supercard have attempted to take a payment of£78.99 from my bank account I do not have a supercard my bank as put this through as fraud I had a card In 2021 which was cancelled during the cooling off period twice they have tried to take this payment 1st time they refunded my money and confirm my name would be cancelled this has not been done scam

Good savings on groceries, holidays and other retail shops. Yearly charges are high, but worth if used regularly and wisely 😊

Supercard provides a very user friendly portal to purchase gift cards with great discounts.

I've bought a few gift cards from Supercard now, with no issues at all and saved money along the way. Signed up via Arsenal FC, which came with a hassle free experience. Site is easy to use, just select the gift card you want and they send it over to you almost instantly via email.

Easy to navigate website and great value

If could give a minus rating I would for the company. Have twice taken unauthorised payments from my account for something that I have never signed up for and have had to message multiple times to get my details removed from their systems. The customer service team have responded promptly however and am expecting my second refund in the next 7 days.

I have given 4 stars because found an unexpected £78.99 charge on my account to my surprise this morning.
I rang them after googling for their phone number & left a msg . 2 mins later they called me.
However, my experience with customer service was outstanding & impressive.
The gentleman spoke very politely putting me at ease assuring that my request for refund & cancellation is taken care of immediately.
I requested a refund and he dealt with it

Supercard is an excellent, easy to use and very rewarding service! I enjoy the wide range of retailers for which I can purchase gift cards, especially those where larger purchases and transactions are typically made, as a homeowner, discounted gift cards for DIY stores have saved me a lot of money, especially as you can often still combine these with discount codes and other promotions etc. I also like that the gift card is usually sent within a few minutes of ordering, and if you only use part of it, the value of the voucher updates so you can always see how much balance you have left.

I have saved so much money using SuperCard. Just buy the voucher on the website and use the code when buying online or in store.

Nice chap. Persevered with my activation issue. Also called back within 10 minutes of me leaving a voicemail as I originally couldn't get through. All round good service.

Signed up via Arsenal and have access to loads of gift cards and discounts! Their customer service is excellent too as I purchased a gift card which didn't work online due to certain terms, and they were very helpful, providing me with a full refund within days! I'd definitely use them again.
