Scammers, sent my 91 year old uncle a puzzle book then followed up with bullying phone cell to have this card. Luckily he told me so we had his debit card cancelled and reissued. Gits, preying on the vulnerable and elderly.

They scammed my sister as they tried to take £89.99 from her account when she NEVER subscribed to them and got her bank card blocked as the payment was declined and was seen as fraud. Her bank managed to sort it out but my sister had a really big panic attack.
She also contacted them after and they asked for her details, including her bank details. Sick sick scammers. Stay away from them and if they call you just hang up straight away

Unethical shocking company. They took £100s from My 86 yr old mum by sending her puzzle magazines - she was throwing in the bin thinking they were junk Mail. Then they increased the money by taking regularly off her credit card for other unwanted “services” she didn’t need. Once you’re on their database then you get sent 14 day trials and if you don’t cancel you’ve agreed to pay for them!

Just had a sales call from My Super Card, +44 23 8262 2079. The sales guy could not understand why I would not give my bank details and became really aggressive, only £2.99 for postage, no other charges so why would I not want to go ahead. Yeah right, no way was I falling for that.

This scumbag loads of sh#ts keep scamming my 87 y.o. mother.

I got this phone call saying about energy came down to selling a card wanted back detail for 1.99 payment I started giving them to them and said no .... checked bank and they took 1.99 out . How did they get my details to do this. I dont want this going to call bank as this is scam

Disgusting company taking advantage of the elderly. £1250 has been taken from my 92 year old grandmothers account. Pressure sales praying on people who do not understand what they are agreeing to. Will she get any money back even though she has never used the service she has been paying for unknowingly ... of course she wont!

I have been scam they ask my card for postal £2.95 and they took £199.95 from my account I have to go to see my bank can I get my money back please do not trust him

Dreadful. Tried to use the offer of a discount on London eye tickets. Discount codes wouldn’t work and spent 25 minutes on the phone to be told that they don’t have an answer. These companies are so totally useless.

My father in law believed he was talking to British gas he was told his owed a refund. He gave personal information from his debit card. Found out this is the tactic supercard are using to get elderly people to sign up knowing they don't check their banks. Shameful tactic!

Have just visited my 92 year old neighbour - he had been persuaded to sign up with this during the week over the phone thinking he qualified for £40 cashback towards his energy bill.
I read the letter Supercard have sent him today - it is for a 14 day trial then £199.99 each year. He is housebound so will never
use the card or collect cashback. Dreadful that vulnerable people are duped into giving bank details over the phone

Did you all get your money back they have just took 149.99 out of my bank 😭 I’m on phone to the bank to hopefully stop the payment

Luckily I visited my 84 year old mother today and in the post was this super card. She didn’t have a clue what it was and said the lady persuaded her on the phone that it was good as it was free. There was nothing on the literature that came with the card saying anything about fees, just it was a trial period. I looked it up and it’s £25 a month 😢 I immediately rang and emailed to cancel I just hope this is the end. I have checked the bank and cannot see a dd set up. 🤞🏼

BEWARE!
I give no stars. A 79 yr old man was "signed" up for membership via cold calling. He is housebound, does not shop for himself, has no internet and has dementia.
He paid out £199.95 for "services" for which he could/would not be able to use. The practise of cold calling clearly vulnerable people is unethical.
The caller would have known by appropriate questioning that this so called service was not suitable for this gentleman.
Why target an older person with no shopping history whose housebound and has no internet, the reason is obvious! This gentleman can't look online at this organisations reviews to warn him; this company is targeting vulnerable people. It is sinister practise.
Fortunately i was able to prevent a repeat yr membership.
This is shameful practise.
I can see from other reviews that others have concerns.
I hope that others have forwarded their concerns to Trading Standards.

I just received a pack in the post enclosing my *12 month dining card* !!!! I never requested one and the accompanying letter said I had WON it ?

Their website doesn't even mention what servoces they offer in return for a *SUBSCRIPTION*.

So they want your money but won't let you know what you'll get in return !

'Businesses' like this should be shut down by Action Fraud I'd suggest. Avoid like the proverbial bargepole.

Oh, another thing. Enclosed was a 'voucher' for £75 against a purchase of a case of wine, That wine retailer has a good rating on Trustpilot but it initially seemed that the 4.5 star rating applied to mysupercard ! Highly deceptive.

I was called and told it was the postcode lottery and I had won 4 return flights to Europe and discounts at lots of venues. They then asked for certain bank details. I was conned. Not sure of the outcome as this just happened. I need to make sure they don’t take any money from my account.

Received a phone call saying I had one a phone iPhone 12 for £22 a month as I have been selected for a 50% phone discount on any iPhone. Tricked me into paying £3 to confirm my card , I haven’t received an email confirming my phone order. SCAMMERS

Please do not use this card it is a scam . They give you a phone call saying they are from postcode lottery which they are not they are using a script. They say you won something a card . You have not won anything you pay almost £200 for a card which is a scam . Please do not give your bank details

Was told like so many others I had WON a prize with postcode lottery. I was conned into giving information about myself, with lies. I do not believe it is rogue staff making up stories, and conning people, I believe the lies they tell have been scripted from the top down, as they all say the same lies. My bank notified me of a Direct Debit being set up, which I DID NOT give permission for. Even when I received my card today. It stated in bold letters Congratulations on winning your dinning card. I had WON absolutely NOTHING. This was a complete lie. Its all just smoke and mirrors! I did manage after a lot of hassle to access the site, but even then it was not made clear how anything works. You have to buy a card for your chosen outlet, which would be sent by what means?? and what time frame?? OR indeed if it was something that you printed yourself?? how and where the discount is applied?? None of this was explained. The lack of information was shameful. For that reason alone I would not even consider buying anything from them. The 14 day trial is in fact only 6 days as it takes 5 days for the card to arrive, and they want 3 days notice of cancellation, (tho my account was closed within minuets of me cancelling)
This company is something else! I have reported them to action fraud. As they took my details telling me they were part of postcode lottery, so thought I had been scammed, which in a way I had been. I will now be reporting them to trading standards too. I am sure there are a lot of companies doing things of this ilk who are a lot more transparent and trustworthy than these shameful liars.

I totally agree with other people on here. I received a call telling me I had won a discount card. Nothing was mentioned about it being a membership or that I would have to pay any money at all. People who don't read the small print in the terms and conditions will never know and money will be taken before they realise whats happening.. strongly avoid x
