Dante really brought the Alhambra to life with his story telling, humour and philosophical interpretation of the monuments. If you get a chance to have a tour guided by this wonderful human being then you should take it!

Dante was a friendly, funny and very passionate host to us throughout the Alhambra tour - there is so much history and he did a great job making us feel welcome and engaged from beginning to end.

Dante was amazing! He did a great job taking us around the Alhambra and teaching us everything about all the palaces and gardens. He made sure our trip was efficient and well worth it.

Excellent tour guide, funny, educated with a wealth of knowledge that made the tour so much more interesting and provided a vast amount of context to what we had the pleasure of seeing. What a great day, thank you 👏 👏

It took almost two months to receive my tickets. During that time, I contacted the company seven times using the email address listed on their website to try to resolve the issue, yet they later claimed I had never contacted them.
As soon as I received the tickets, I asked my bank to cancel the chargeback because I acted in good faith, and still they kept their claim. Very disappointing customer service, overpriced tickets, and I won’t be buying from them again.

Scammers. They sell tickets for up to three times their actual price. Visit the official websites, where the price is ALWAYS lower!!

We had a wonderful tour around on Alhambra today. Our guide Christian was really good and told the story about Alhambra so well. Interesting things and very good to answer our questions, we can highly recommend him as our guide.
The website is good and easy access to the meeting point.

fake. booked tickets for lasagrada familia, nothing destination, nothing to pick up tickets, pick up location were normal shops.

My wife & I decided to book a guided tour of the Alhambra complex on our visit to Granada. Our excellent guide Dante was knowledgeable & passionate during the tour & we would highly recommend him if you require an English speaking guide. The only issue that was frustrating at times was the poor quality of ear phones provided & it was difficult to hear Dante on a number of occasions. Some form of Bluetooth connectivity would have made all the difference especially if customers could have used their own earphones etc. Othe Otherwise excellent! Nina & Gary Reynolds, Bergen, Norway

Disgusting. I looked for the official Versailles websites. Accidentally for yours. And our visit cost 250eur instead of the 60 it should have for EU visitors. I’m calling my bank (and other authorities) on Monday and reporting you

The Alhambra itself is absolutely breathtaking, but having a guide like Dante made us appreciate it on a much deeper level. If you’re visiting Granada, I highly recommend booking a tour My Top Tour. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Spain.

My Top Tour tricks you into thinking you are on the official website for the Royal Palace in Madrid. Their information was unclear as to what the booking included. When trying to cancel within the time stated in thier policy the were UNCONTACTABLE. However, this bore no weight in them being able say plenty to reverse the claim we made to our credit card company.
How would I describe My Top Tour :
Deceitful, Misleading and an a Rip off

They sent tickets for the wrong time and did not respond for 23 days in which time I purchased correctly timed tickets and are now refusing to refund. Complete scam. Also they were charging £67 for a 35 Euro entry.
