One week since they recieved my return l got a message saying it's 5 to 7 days until they process my return it's disgusting it's over 2 weeks since l bought a phone case it didn't fit the phone so it was returned they are a really bad company... don't buy from trendy phones.. l ordered one on amazon it came the next day no hassle at all yet I'm still waiting for my £11.20 back this company are no good ...lf you want a phone case go to amazon the one l bought cost £3.99 and it fits perfect it's good quality to. I've had a bad experience at trendy phones poor quality phone cases not worth the money they made me pay an extra £1.50 to return it

Stay well clear of them! wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Over a month and still no sign of delivery and conflicting response to my emails..I think it's a scam and will be reporting this to relevant government agencies. 😑 🤬🤬🤬😡😤🤯

Do not buy anything from this crowd! Like someone mentioned in previous review this company is like dealing with Web scam. Delivery took forever, item was faulty and I'm still waiting for my return to be processed since 27th of January. Customer service is useless. Looking at how many people are having awful experience with this crowd I'm suspicious of the positive review - probably left by an employee.
STAY AWAY AND BUY ELSEWHERE!

Ordered last week, no sign of order so I emailed as to check on status. Got a reply that one item was out of stock/unavailable. My question was if it's unavailable, would it be best to inform customer and let them know rather then letting customer wonder where there order is. A joke of a site to buy from

I think this is a scammer website. I ordered phone screen protector and it's almost one month now and never arrived. They have auto-reply email that is confusing not clear to read. Say product not available but with pdf attached receipt and has delivery time. So many inconsistency in communication. I wonder if I can still get my money back.

Ordered my product over 2 weeks ago and still have not received. Have contacted my trendy phone who have asked me to sign an affidavit to request another product or a refund?? I also was told previously that the post office would be contacted if I still had not received but now I’m being asked to sign something to request money back. Terrible service

Customer service were polite and prompt to respond. I was exceedingly nervous ordering because of the negative reviews, but the product arrived as described. Only issue was postal delays, arrived 7 days after order as it was coming from Denmark. I thought it was coming from Ireland given the Irish web address. This might be stated a bit more clearly on the website, just a suggestion. It is a good product, happy with the service and no other issues. Thanks.

Ordered a phone case on Thursday morning for "dispatch today" by an post. It is now Wednesday the following week and I have yet to receive the case. Bare in mind that I live about 1km away from their office. I send post every day in my job and it is always received within 1-2 days. The only reason I went with them is to support local and have a case quickly for my new phone. If you want a case in a hurry, go elsewhere.

Nightmare experience! Strongly advise nobody to buy from these. Very poor customers service. Was sent wrong product, so was their mistake. When it came to getting refund They did everything they could to avoid and prolong paying me back. Eventually got cost of product back but only wanted to pay be back through Iban which I refused to give them. I had to send endless emails. It was extremely, frustrating dealing with them. Was promised refund for postage but I've given up. Not worth the stress.

Still waiting for second part of order 8 weeks later, did not say products were not in stock when I ordered.
Only got the first piece when i contacted them and asked when i could expect as it was back in stock to be told they would ship together!
They then shipped the first piece, still a wait of 5 weeks!
Avoid.

Should have read reviews, Irish site but no stock in Ireland, no sign of items arriving after dispatch email a week ago, no tracking number on package apparently so anything goes with this lot.

my first and last time buying from mytrendyphone.
there prices are ok. in the middle. details on items online are poor.
i bought a screen protector.was cheap enough. but they send me totally wrong screen cover. Wrong size ,shape and layout. wasnt worth sending back because it would cost me 60% what the screen protector cost me with postage to send it back with postage. makes No sense.
i tried to see if i got partial refund but they refused.
then i got couple excuses. i was looking at couple other item to buy but there lack of knowledge and couldnt get honest answer i decided not to buy other items.

the details of items on site are poor , very vage.
i put it down to poor experience . like a cheap pound or euro shop where you get items cheap ,mixed quality but not getting again.

wouldn't recommend or shop with mytrendyphone again.

Ordered laptop charger adapter but

They screwed the postal address. Item was retained in the post office and ready to be returned back. Only thanks to my local post office I could the item. 5 day delay and lots of headache. Horrible experience

Always the best: wide range of products, cheap prices, fast delivery and -bonus!- free set up of Panzerglas/cover.

Scamming people for their money. Don't ever buy anything from this site. They refuse any refund or any contact. Had to call my bank to get my money back are this company refused to do so.

If I could give 0 stars I would have done. My case didn't arrive. The phone number to call didn't work and the person on chat was extremely sarcastic. I wish I'd read the reviews first. I would NEVER buy from them again.

I bought phone cover over three weeks ago and never received my order. Tried to contact with them without success. I sent 4 emails no respond. I need to update my review, finally I got refund. But still be careful before you buy anything vis this website.
