Vue cinemas need to urgently put their customers first. Twice over Xmas we went as a family with their vouchers (only redeemable at their kiosks!!!) only to find they had sold out. It's purely cynica... See more

The awful Myvue experience.

The Myvue site is one of the very worst imaginable. Slow, confusing and unpredictable. Password reset emails never get sent, either. The service is only matched by the lacklustre experience when you actually get to the cinema. which starts with intolerably long queues at the concession stands. This company needs completely new management.

I can only assume the CEO of Vue either…

I can only assume the CEO of Vue either lost a bet to the world’s worst web design firm, or perhaps there’s some nepotism involved and their nephew once said at a family reunion “duh I fancy writing me one of them inter web thingys - can I build one for your pitcha houses Uncy Vue?”

Don’t wrestle with this abominable website. Nothing on it works. Just go to a different cinema.

0 stars if I could

This is by far the worst website I have ever used. The forgot password emails seem to be sent out manually judging by how slow they are. And forget about trying to book tickets for a film you want to see

RUBBISH!

I’ve been trying for the last hour to book 2 vip tickets with a meerkat promo code. I get as far as review and pay AND NOTHING! 😡😡. The website doesn’t load and my time to purchase counts down. I can only assume it wants me to pay full price. Well it can ****** 😡

This website is absolutely crap and so frustrating I can feel my blood pressure increasing!

They had one person working who was taken her sweet time making one dam coffee!
When she had a line of people and could see everyone was getting angry so she continued to work as slow as possible!
20 minutes in line and after all that waiting she couldn't be botheed to tell us what screen we are in.

Bag of shi...

For EVERY major release, their website fails, because it can't handle the payment traffic. For at least a year it's been the same... Just invest in your website!! They should hand all their cinemas back to odeon who were forced to give them up by the government due to some bull fair share crap.. More like corrupt back handers

Vue cinema Appalling website design, error faults, just rotten.

Appalling. Tried to use a Meerkate code, it then re-set itself. Repeatedly tried to book the seats & kept getting "Unknown Error Occurred". Literally impossible to process the order. Gave up. Just absolutely appalling and disgusting we're all having to endure this shocking lack of customer service. You can't even see what's on the following week, and friends need a few days notice but Vue doesn't give customers that option. It's all just dreadful. How on earth do they stay in business ????

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could! This has to be the worst booking website I have come across. In order to take advantage of £3.99 Monday ticket offer you have to log in to myvue to redeem code. Would not recognise my password so I requested a reset.....I reset it via the link emailed to me and then proceeded to log in....it failed. I requested reset numerous times but each time it failed saying "Houston we have a problem". Called the helpline to be told to try on a different device or get someone else to book tickets for me abd that they would not honour online price over the phone. Very helpful! I then decided to set up as a new user with a new email address ....I managed to get into myvue and get a code. I wanted to book two adult tickets and one child ticket for the online offer but on closer inspection it had populated standard tickets too so I was almost tricked into purchasing 6 tickets! I manually adjusted the number of tickets, selected my seats and then proceeded to check out....the website then just freezes on the pay now button. Now pretty irate having spent an hour trying to book three cinema tickets I again call customer services. I explained payment frozen and asked if the agent could find a way to sort this out over the phone for the online price as this was wholly unacceptable. The agent suggested I go to the cinema and simply use my code there to buy tickets to which I replied that I didn't want to drive all the way to the cinema only to find out that my preferred seats were unavailable. I said it was unacceptable and that I had fulfilled my obligations to try to book online. It would appear from my conversation that Vue are well aware of the booking issues. As a gesture of goodwill the agent eventually processed the payment over the phone. I was left totally frustrated at the whole process and will think twice before putting myself through the ordeal of booking with Vue anytime soon! What a shocking website...must be losing customers in droves! If you know there's a problem with the website just be upfront and say and have the decency to offer customers that contact you by phone the online price.
