To bean or not to bean

We always have ice cream and coffee when we go to the Vue,Eastleigh.
Unfortunately, for health reasons my partner can now only drink decaf coffee, which we were surprised to be told is not available.
Come on “Vue” a big organisation such as yours, can’t provide decaf coffee, surely not.

Vue - You should look for a new IT Director

Same feedback as others. How can a web site for a cinema need a queuing system - it's not exactly amazon. Then when you do get through it's really slow and finally after going through the booking procedure you just get 'Can't retrieve booking data - please try again later'!

Seriously Vue - fire your IT director!

Queue-It at Vue

Never experienced a queue on a website. Could expect it during the boxing day sales but a Saturday morning in July? It said I could close the page and retain my place in the queue.... Came back and got pushed further.

Awful awful website

Awful, awful website. Constantly crashes, takes ages to load a page, and now I have to queue for 11 minutes to get onto it just to check film times? How can they not handle the small amount of traffic they must have? How many thousands of websites must have much more traffic than this that don't have this problem. Poor beyond belief

Web site

Web site, their life blood for bookings, how can it be so terribly poor. Not just one offs, all the time. Either pitifully slow or so slow it times you out. Error messages all point toward their server not anyones device or ISP.

Useless for a company like this, look at changing your IT staff and investing more.

How many complaints do you need

2 hours of my life wasted trying to book 4 tickets with a code on the website. gave up then phoned and cannot use codes on the phone AND you would still have to queue for pre ordered tickets. Operator then suggest popping in to get tickets ( like I was going to Drive there twice) or on the day when they may not have any. DO THEY NOT TEST WEBSITES ANYMORE

Don't bother with Vue, just go to cineworld or odeon.

Absolutely awful. Website crashes so much and just freezes most of the time. Also never updates film times so it's impossible to book something a week in advance as according to the website there is only 2 showings on each day in a weeks time. Ridiculous for wanting to prebook tickets early or just see when the showing times are. I've literally been to Vue cinemas less and less simply because of the bad website. You'd expect such a major issue to be sorted by now, bet it's costing Vue a lot of money on how many people can't book tickets and give up and go to a different cinema or don't bother. Load of crap!

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. Actually managed to reach the payment section today only for the payment to fail. Called the bank, no issues on their side. The app will also be deleted as the force is definitely not with it.

Literally

Literally, the worst website ever to be developed, whoever built it should be embarrassed and should simply unplug their computer and cease to exist in this space. The IT manager, E-commerce manager and whoever else was responsible for making the worst user experience imaginable should also just quit.
