Unfortunately despite paying for a whole new month just three days ago, I've somehow apparently used 48 credits for just 4 audits.
I'm not happy as this was not the case on the trial, but suddenly I'm being charged an extortionate amount for simple audits that in trial cost no more than 2!
I'm really unhappy and am awaiting to hear back from this company to tell me why they've charged me 70 dollars for 4 audits!
