I received the phone in very good…

I received the phone in very good condition. I had problems with the activation, but once I called customer service(phone # information is under warehouse address below the front page) and they resolved the problem within hours. I will buy again with this company.

Don’t ever purchase from this company

I purchase two phones from n1 wireless I never got them apparently fed ex misdeliver my item I contacted n1 wireless and the refuse to help I contacted my bank, Someone name Steve called my phone literally treatening me about coming to my home n curse me out even tho he can plainly see my signature is not on the package refuse to file a claim with fed ex just because they lied and told fed ex the value of my package is less than 100 dollars even though I paid 2015.67 dollars for the phones but I plan to contact my lawyer cause firstly the don’t guarantee customers good service if there package is lost or misdelivered, if this seller had only put the right price of what I paid for the merchandise I could have been refunded by filing a claim with the carrier but they are liars

Very bad and distasteful experience it…

Very bad and distasteful experience it has been ....I paid for a phone on the 29th of Nov..with a 5 to 8 day shipping...I am yet to receive any info re shipment. I tried to call the phone number they have listed over 30 times still cant get any human being to pick up the phone...After asking for a refund they said they were about to ship a day pass still did not get any details re the shipping. Tell them that I need full refund...still unable to get my money reflected back on my credit card...I find these people to be shaky and their service is very unreliable......
Beware do not buy from them they are not straight with people....their advertisements are false.... TELEPHONE CONTACT does not work

I contacted u about a pH I ordered on November the 11th an iPhone 6 asking if you had sent it as it is an Xmas gift but no one has contacted me back I'm now starting to worry I won't get my package please respond after reading other reviews on u I am very skeptical

Very satisfied

I have bought two phones and have been very satisfied with both. At first I was skeptical about some of the reviews and the competitive price. Choosing this retailer turned out to be a great decision. The items are trustworthy, original phones that come with the bonus of excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Very BAD experience.

Very BAD experience.
I ordered:
-NEW phone(New - Open Box)
-with extra high quality screen protector.
What I got: 
-hard USED phone
-with a lot of scratches 
-no original box and with cheap bad quality charger 
-WITHOUT high quality screen protector(I paid for it $3.99)
Also this phone has burn-in display! It was in use long time. I ordered new one, and I would like to receive new one, without scratches and with good display.
Support gave me just one option - return for my money. Why I have to loose my money for their fault? Terrible service!

False advertising, bad service.

"Description of the phone is completely false. Samsung galaxy s8+ With "New- open box" i was expecting it to be in its original box which it was not, also says it come with home charger and manual. Home charger was not the samsung charger and it did not come with a manual. I also ordered this phone because i wanted the andriod nougat version.. it came installed with andriod oreo. The phone itself is definitely not new, there is a large scratch along the back of the phone and multiple scratches all around the charging port( which my s7 ive had for two years doesnt even have) and the microphone port is filled with pocket lint and dirt. To top it off i ordered a screen protector with the phone and it doesnt even fit." - this is the review i was going to leave on the phone i bought on their website but every time i tried and hit submit it would tell me to click the reCAPTCHA box first.... which was no where on the screen. They purposely make it so you cant leave a review. also tried calling all three dept they have. sales, customer service, and billing. No answer on either of them and all three have their mailbox full so they cant be reached...

So I just bought a Samsung Galaxy S9+…

So I just bought a Samsung Galaxy S9+ from them. So first I was google a store to buy from and I trusted google. N1Wireless popped up in the store to buy from. The first five results. Order the phone two weeks later the phone arrived. I was so excited that my phone finally arrived. I opened the packaging and already everthing is off. The box had been already open. Everything was out of order. Not the right charger and missing a transfer adapter. The phone was there but it looked used. Their was skin residue near the finger print scanner and camera. Their was a nick on the screen. Okay so the phone is used. That not that bad. I can work with it. Nope. The phone said their was water in it after 2 hours. Now it wont charger. To put it simply DON'T BUY FROM N1Wireless!!! THEY MAKE THERE MONEY BY SELLING YOU DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS THAT YOU WILL WANT TO RETURN!!!!!

I have always had exceptional service…

I have always had exceptional service with N1, even after I had to do a return the gentleman who handled my case was the best. This is what I always wished for in Customer service, attentive, fast and fair. I would recommend them to anyone

If I could give a lower rating than 1…

If I could give a lower rating than 1 star, I would. I purchased a set of earphones and received them very quickly. Immediately I realized that they were not right for me and I promptly returned them following their instructions. Only now I have nothing. No earphones, no refund, and they have not responded to my inquiries. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY. And, for the record, I never write these kinds of reviews.

We paid extra money for overnight…

We paid extra money for overnight shipping and somehow it will now take 1-10 days to get here. Not to mention apparently my item is on hold and no one will pick up the phone. I'm very frustrated because i for One need a cell phone and my fiance has much more to worry about (being a marine) than whether or not he got scammed. He just wants to be able to contact me.
UPDATE: I called and got a response and when speaking to the other person they were very defensive. They explained how they tried to contact me as well through email and calls so I take partial blame for the miscommunication. My package was canceled due to my lack of response, which was understandable. There was an issue with my billing address and i decided to just cancel the order due to how upset he was and not wanting to go through the headache of dealing with an order over the phone (not due to the company). The man on the phone again got defensive when I double checked I wouldn't be charged for the phone. In the end, he asked me to change my rating and when i said i will, i assumed he misheard, said "you won't? f*** you" and hung up. I do not know the quality of this stores product but it could have better, more patient, customer service.

unbelievable price but too slow shipping

I ordered my phone on this website, and it promised to me that it will be shipped just on Monday. However, it haven't been shipped so far. I wrote an email to them, but I only got an automatic answer. I just want my phone, please!

Online product said it was NEW, when it arrived, box looked weathered and product was clearly used, not in original packaging, etc

Very disappointing as it was going to be an Xmas gift but I will have to figure out plan B now.
