Worst site. Their customer executive are very rude and dont know how to talk to customer. If you cancel the order they will call 100 times. N ek ladki itni batamij hai kehti chal nikal jb cancel karna tha toh order kyu kiya. Worst executive

Very fake product jo dikhate h woh bhjte ni wastage of money guys be aware from such fake sites.

Today I received the 8 bedsheet & pillow cover set, the quality of the bedsheets are pathetic. For 2000Rs.+400rs delivery charges. The quality is so poor and cheap. The bedsheets were stinking and had moisture in them,the stitching of the pillow cover and the bedsheets is so bad and uneven. I should have gone through the reviews before ordering from naaptol,regret for ordering from here and will never repeat this mistake.

The worst company ever dealt with.. No sense of talking with a customer. Selling products with wrong information and not even listening to the complaint. Such arrogant sitting at customer service desk.. Such a horror ordering from Naaptol.. Kindly refrain from buying in future.

This is the worst company , fraud company,they will promise you the refund in case you dont like the product but later on there is no money back at all, I ordered bedsheets and those are very poor quality, but now customer care is calling me to accept the voucher and not money back ,so illliterate people in customer care team and talk to customers with so much attitude, dont buy any product from them, they are looking customers and sell wrong products and then wont refund you any money.

Very very worst experience with Naaptol - I bought 3D bedsheet worth 2000 plus shipping 500 Total 2500 cash. I was not satisfied with product and returned and they provided me cash voucher worth 2000 and 500 respectively with 6 month validity. Very next day the customer care person called me to book any product as soon as this year ending and the voucher will be expired. They were irritating us to buy any product or you may lose your money. Finally we decided to buy but then they said only one cash voucher can be used for that i have to pay shipping charge again and another voucher you buy some other product. The customer service are very poor and Dont ever buy in Naaptol.

I PURCHASED MOSQUITO KILLER IN FEBRUARY IN JUST 2 MONTHS BOTH MY MACHINES NOT WORKING. THIS NAPTOL IS SELLING POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS & NOT CHANGING MY PRODUCTS

WORST WORST WORST ever shopping experience. The customer service representatives are very rude and disconnect the call when you ask them for refund because their product is very bad.

I spoke to their supervisor named Rahul, not sure if it was someone pretending to be a supervisor but he promised refund in cash but their back end team called up and said no matter how many times we request they will not refund the money. Her name was greethi with a malayalam slang and she had the worst attitude. Another customer support guy said there was no Rahul in their office or supervisors who take escalation calls.

They don't have proper training for their employees and don't teach them how to talk to customers. Only if the product is damaged and there is no stock they will refund.

PLEASE stay away from Naaptol. You will most certainly be not satisfied with the products and there is no money back guarantee.

I have got a call from naptol saying that my mobile number has won a gift that is a combo 7 utensil set for 1799 the set has edili maker,tawa,etc...they also said that there will be fish cutting scissors...so I have placed order...but when I got it I was completed unsatisfied...there was not fish cutting scissor it was just a paper cutting scissor...the worst combo set....then I have called naptol costumer service center...they behaved very badly...the lady attended the call was not even ready to listen me.....she was speaking badly to me...that is naptol product and also their coustomer service is very very bad....I am not even ready to give one star as my rating to the naptol brand.....such a vulger experience from naptol ...I will not sugest anyone to buy the product from this brand..after calling many times I have got the correct response from their side...very much unsatisfied..the very cheap product ....please don't buy it

I ordered a 7 piece cookware set and when the delivery came I was not available ..and after I came I checked screws were missing for the set as handles were given separate and I am not getting them anywhere in Bangalore. ..when I registered complaint they are telling only in 48 hours we should complaint and it's my fault that I was outstation. It's an useless channel. Waste if money. Advice all of u all to stay away from this useless company. Minus stars from me. The guys who talk on phone r very rude.

they sent my second parcel today thanks trist pilot and naptool to.my 2 parcels are complet.

Place order for 2 combo pack Colour chosen blue.And what they sent is 1 combo pack. Took money of 2 combo pack. Amazing thing is on 1 pack they mention is as 2 combo pack even price printed of 2 combo pack.

Thanks trustpilot naptool people called me and said they will sent second packet.
I received my second parcel today that to in blue Colour

The worst shopping site with lots of stupid and illiterate arrogant fellows for sales. Customer service provided is even worst than their products. Pls guys don't ever buy with the expectations that u r gonna get genuine products and obviously replacement or refund, even if the delivered product doesn't make any sense with your requirements. And definitely expect the worst response from their costumer service once they recieve their money.

i am a customer of Naaptol for almost 10 years. I am their diamond member for the last 3 years .I have purchased several items from them over the years. But my experience this time is the worst and is yet to be resolved.
I had ordered 8 bedsheets as per their code numbers as it was being shown on my TV screen. I had also taken a video clip of what was being advertised on the screen. I received my package on 11th March .. And to my horror I found the bedsheets were totally different .. of the 8 bedsheets 3 sets that is 6 bedsheets were of the same color. I lodged a complaint and there after i have received several calls asking what was the problem. I sent them the video clip and the photo of the 8 bedsheets placed side by side ..
Thrice they cancelled my complaint quoting that my problem was resolved. After pointing out that nothing was done I was given fresh complain numbers.

yesterday a person came and went back saying he will send the van to pick up the return.

Such treatment I have never received before.
Has Naaptol been taken over by some other company ?
I am at loss of words to explain my predicament.
