Money lost! order never fullfilled!

I made an order on 27 of february on madiol.com. I’ ve bought transrasveratrol. Product never delivered to me…! i send them 5 e-mail s asking for updates.. They didnt reply…never! I wrote in the support chat…more times …They never replied. The tracking service does not work…Strangely they send advertising email s bot don’t reply to my questions about the order. So theyre are able to read them…bot choose to not reply…On 21 of march they send an email claiming the site nadiol has been damaged by hackers so that they were not able to fullfill the orders and promising to fiction all of the orders delayed… nowadays i lost money for nothing .

Money taken and products never arrived

I have placed an order for more than $300 on Feb 11th on the Nadiol website. I received a welcome email but no order confirmation and never received the products (NR-Cl supplements). I have emailed on several occasions to asks the team to look into this matter and my email keeps being ignored. Mxy account has been debited by the amount of the order and I have sent the proof by email. When trying to reach the team on the messaging feature on the website, my messages are marked as "not seen". If someone from the team could get in touch with me it would be very much appreciated.

I have very bad experience with this…

I have very bad experience with this company. Beginning of January I ordered 3 products. At the end of the month I still hadn’t received my order and also the tracking on the website did not work. I tried to chat with the company but they didn’t even read my chats and also my emails were left unreplied. Finally I contacted the courier myself and they told me my order was sent back to the company. Via tracking I discovered that they received it the 22nd of January but I did not get any message or refund. I went to their address in London only to find out that that the address on their website is false. This is obviously a scam company. I am a real customer. If wanted proof of order and link of return of my order to NADIOL can be provided. There is also no telephone number to contact them. There is no way to contact hem.

Excellent quality and great customer service in case you have an issue

I have been using various of their produce since 18 months and am confident about their quality. Only once did I receive a 100 gr bag of NMN powder that look like it wasn’t supposed to look. I immediately emailed Sophie at their customer service who did an excellent diligent follow up and send me a replacement free of charge. The kind of follow up service you like to see when something is wrong

Lost money buying from this company

I am afraid this company has no credibility with me, I ordered 2 bottles of NADIOL NR capsules in December 2022, Jan 2023 worth £75. One of the bottles security seal had been tampered with so I emailed the company and sent them photos. I received an automated reply and then my communication was ignored. I tried to recover my money later in the year via my Credit Card company but didn't get back to them in time with the company contact information. The capsules meanwhile expired in April 2023. I still have both bottles unconsumed as proof of purchase. I put the £75 loss down to experience and resolved to not trust this company again. It is infuriating that they started emailing me with offers a year after ignoring my emails for a return and refund of the damaged goods. I doubt any of their positive reviews on Google are genuine. Based on my experience they are scammers. I advise extreme caution in ordering from this company. I would offer a zero star if possible. I can provide evidence of my communication with the company if anyone wants to see proof.

It's still early days and I have no hard evidence but I think I am feeling more energised and have better clarity of thought/brainpower, especially later in the day since starting glutathione. Thanks NADIOL, no issues with subscription, delivery etc to date.

It's always a gamble buying pretty…

It's always a gamble buying pretty expensive products from a company new to you, but last month I bit the bullet. This is my first month and I've just renewed my subscription, which was not an automatic process but an invoice that I had to approve, which I actually appreciated and was pretty easy. As with most supplements it will take some time to know it's efficacy, but I was happy enough with the first month to continue. In fact, my daughter has now started buying from them too.

Expiration date and stock check

Everything is fine except
(1) last year I placed an order and waited for a month. The customer service replied my email quickly and nicely, telling me there was no stock and would give me a discount code for my next order if I could wait. I accepted the offer and kept waiting, but no discount code was sent to me even I asked for it for a few time.
(2). Last week, I placed an order and received it quickly and nicely, however, the expiration date of them is in 6 months, but it will take my 8 months to finish all of them. So I have to pay the return delivery fee and return them .

Hope there is explanation date in the website if the products will be explored in 1 year.

They didn't apply my subscription discount and overcharged me

I have been buying NMN from Nadiol from quite a while. I was happy to see that they implemented a subscription programme with discounts and automatic renewal until now. They did not apply my -15% discount in my last order and charged me $166.79 instead of $134,19 for PURE NMN Supplements 500mg: 60 Capsules, which is quite a lot of money and a difference of more than 30 bucks. I tried to contact them to ask for a reimburse but haven't heard anything from them. I will cancel my subscription because there's not way I can afford such an expensive supplement.

UPDATE: After some back and forth during months they finally reimbursed me the difference. Thank you
