Haven´t receive my order or a refund - it´s been 4 months
I made my order the 4th of May 2023, and today 30th of August I´m still waiting for it.
This must be a scam.
I asked for my money back, but didn´t get anything either.
Put in a order for a twin-pack of NMN
[old] Put in a order for a twin-pack of NMN, but have not yet received the package and the latest update from the courier was on the 26th of June.... Worried that my package has been lost and no response from customer service so far.
[new] my products have since the review arrived and I received an extra product with the original product free of charge.

Avoid, they don't fulfil order
Ordered NMN and 2 packets of Trans-resveratrol. Resveratrol wasn't in package when it arrived. E-mailed the company three times asking for the products or a refund, they said they would post it.
Finally got the refund but it took six weeks.

Firstly! I do not sign the parcel! The signature is not mine!
Secondly! I send at least 4 emails to Nadiol to ask where is my item, they do not respond email until I placed the first comment on trustpilot, and they do not provide me any document or proof that they contacted Royal Mail UNTIL NOW. Except send a screenshot fake signature. I searched what can I do if parcel lost on Royal Mail. The problem should be raised to Royal Mail within 7 days. However, based on email record, Nadiol raised this issue very slow and probability missed the deadline. So, it is very likely to think this is blackmail if raise this issue after deadline. Nadiol said they will pass to Authorities, but until now no one contact me.
Thirdly, I can see other 1 star comments report they do not received the parcel as well. So this company do real have problem!!! Fake company!!!

I believe the company is fake
I believe the company is fake. I put an order in at 68€ never arrived. After weeks of not responding they finally responded and blamed the customs. They ignored my refund request. When I got my credit card company involved to claim the refund they refunded me after a total of 6 emails and 8 weeks later. They gave me a fake discount code for my next purchase as a compensation. Sent them 3 emails asking about it and now 4 weeks later still no response. There are plenty of companies with same products at same or better price with an actual product and proper customer service.

Scam. Avoid.
I placed my order on 23. February 2021. It is the end of May and I still havent received the product. I have been emailing them several times ever since asking for either the product or a refund but there is no reply. I will contact Paypal and open a dispute as they have been keeping my 95 Gbp for months and this is not how serious business operates!

Email responded to after chasing - lab test certificate provided
Initially I had no response to my email, but then I received a response after chasing, and was sent a copy of the lab test certificate which I asked for. It is showing 99% purity of NMN.
However, there is no heavy metals test on that certificate, so I have asked for the certificate for the heavy metals lab test.
