I've been using these brand for years
I've been using this brand for years. I use 3 of their Serums, both Eye Creams, 2 Face Oils and the Vitamin C. My skin had never been better.
I live in Ireland and have no problems with delivery to me. The few times I've needed Customer Service they have been extremely helpful. These products are the best I have ever used.

Dryed my skin
I don't understand why products need to have a perfume, it smells lovely though, not sure if it's due to that but the product dried my skin and I got eczema on my cheek.
I had to stop using it straight away after applying a couple if times. My skin recovered a week after stopping renew resurfacing night serum. I paid to damage my skin.

While our skincare is made from naturally-derived botanicals and is suitable for nearly all skin types, I would like to go over a few key details about Renew’s formula. Because Renew Resurfacing Night Serum contains Alpha Hydroxy Acids (which can be sensitizing for some), we recommend initially applying Renew twice per week and then gradually increasing from there to give your skin a chance to adjust. AHAs can also increase sun sensitivity–as mentioned on the box–so be sure to apply SPF, limit sun exposure, and use Renew in the evenings. It’s also important to apply skincare–Renew included–in the optimal order. We recommend using skincare from thinnest to thickest, in this order: 1) Cleanser, 2) Serum, 3) Eye Cream, 4) Face Cream, 5) Face Oil. After cleansing and while your skin is still slightly damp, apply Renew and allow it to absorb for 2-3 minutes. When it comes to the scent, please note that all of our skincare is formulated without any synthetic ingredients, meaning that none of our skincare products contain added fragrances. Rest assured that the scent comes from the naturally-derived botanicals. All that said, I understand if you’d like to move forward with a return. Ordered 28 Aug. Still not shipped by 6 Sep. No response from Customer Service. No product and no refund. Avoid this company. It is a scam! The only tracking information received with a tracking number was 29 Aug which still says “shipping soon” indicating nothing has been shipped!

If I could give this company minus stars i would. I ordered products which I paid for on August 5, and have yet to receive them after nearly a month. Still waiting for my package to arrive. I get a song and a dance from them, they took my payment, but they do not deliver.

I really like this product
I really like this product. I’ve been using the night serum and oil for about a year now and I really can tell a difference. It has helped with the fine lines and wrinkles and honestly, my skin has never looked better.

Hi Mary 👋 Thanks for your note and for your question. Are you using Restore Ultra-Rich Night Cream? Because the cream is so thick, sometimes it takes a little longer to fully absorb. I have two ideas that might help. First, you can try using a little less face oil and try lightly patting it in with your fingertips with quick, repetitive, and gentle taps. If you're still experiencing pilling, I'd recommend adding a few drops of the oil into the cream once it's on your hands. Mixing the oil into the cream gives you all the benefits of the face oil along with a dewy finish. I hope this helps! I ordered on 29 June and have still not received my order nearly 3 weeks later. Clicking the tracking button gives me one entry on 5th July with no update since then. Feeling very much like a scam to me. Have emailed and also messaged via instagram and hope to get a response asap.

I love their products! Been using them now for a couple of years. Lovely serums and face oils. Especially the illuminate serum with the Vitamin C booster. Very effective in reducing the wrinkles!

Fab night time serum and not over scented
I stopped using this for a few months after using it for around a month. I've now restarted using it every evening just one drop covers my entire face and it just sinks right in, I have definitely noticed a huge difference upon awakening I look much more rested and my skin is so smooth. I would definitely buy it again.

Hooked and now on my 4th order
I am now on my 4th order, I am hooked. Started by looking into a product for my eyes, was rated one of the best. Got me convinced by the 100 natural. I started with this product last year. I can definitely say they work for what they say they are intended. I have tried most of the products at this point, I am convinced of the product and a fan!

Bad Customer service
I returned my order from them unopened.I paid $15.00 for expedited shipping.Had to contact them numerous times for refund then they send me a email stating they are deducting the $15.00 from the cost of the item plus deducting the tax which I paid. these costs were not from the total paid it is from the cost of the one product I purchased.

ITEMS NOT DELIVERED- NOT VERY HELPFUL Customer service IN RESOLVING
Product ordered on 13th May and payment taken.
Items delivered to local warehouse and tracking in available up to this point.
As of 5th June, my order is stuck at my local depot since 22nd May with no further updates. Experience tells me that this item has been lost there.
N&T. will not cancel or refund my order. Just tell me to keep waiting. DHL & Evri won't talk to me as I didn't ship the item. Also tracking number given for Evri is wrong anyway.
Any suggestions how to resolve are verywelcome.

Very happy with products and service
I first saw these products on a Google search and thought I would try them as I liked the sound of the , what they were meant to do and the reviews on beauty magazines and on line were good. I bought the day and evening routine. I am 68 years old and have good skin but have enlarged pores around my chin and am inclined to get blocked pores - milia in the fine skin on my face. As I’ve got older moisture has also become an issue.
I love these products- they improve the skin quality and a love the dewy look and feel left after applying. I also love the smell. I believe they do what they are intended to do.
The company sometimes has sales which helps with the cost of the items however Naked & Thriving are in line with the prices of other quality products available.
I have also received excellent care and attention from customer service (zen dept).
I live in Australia and the parcels are sent via a courier and have always been delivered safely. They do take about 2 weeks to arrive but that’s ok.
I highly recommend this company.
