Namecheap has an amazing balance of…
Namecheap has an amazing balance of both being affordable and always there for the customer. Over years and years of being a customer, I've never once felt like they overcharged for services or domains and their customer service team is superb! There's not another hosting company I'd trust with my client sites but also my own personal sites.

Easy and secure
I've been using NameCheap for many years to acquire SSL certificates for various websites.
Buying the certificates is very easy, and the installation procedures are clearly explained.
I've never had any problems implementing these certificates.

i think namecheap has hands down the best chat support team ever they are super cooperative and like i am not a technical person and tey help me aroundd so much from ssl to addons or other stuff i mean if they were not there i woul be spending like hundered heck thousands on "professionals" just for little settings

Great Customer Service - Not So Great Refund Windows
I had some autorenewals come through that I didn't catch quickly on some domains that I was no longer using. NameCheap made it easy to cancel them and put them up for sale on the Market, but unfortunately I was outside of the very tight refund window. I was able to cancel EasyWP and get a partial refund through their customer service folks though.
