Diabolical customer service. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered Christmas Labels beginning on November. 4 weeks later I still don't have them. Apprently they posted them over a week ago but they aren't here. I have tried to speak with the company multiple times but takes them days to reply and then all they do is provide false information. Please do not order from this company.

I placed an order that never arrived. When I chased it three weeks later - which was very difficult to do as there are no contact points - eventually heard back to say they had lost my order. They agreed to give me a full refund but over a month later, I still haven’t received my refund!

My order never arrived. I emailed & they arranged to re-send. I eventually received my order just in time after 3.5 weeks from initial order.
I found them hard to contact as no phone number and didn't respond to all emails.

I placed an order which was acknowledged with an email and an order number - 4 weeks later no update and nothing received. I used a contact form as there is no telephone number (which really annoys me) and no one has got back to me. Very frustrating and very poor customer service - I have worked for years in customer service and this is not how it is done if you want to keep customers!

DO NOT USE!!! Placed an order. Two weeks later, not arrived. Both phone numbers listed are disconnected. Emailed twice with no reply. Raised complaint via website message service, no reply. Had to get a chargeback from my bank in the end. Stay clear of this company.

I ordered three bin stickers. Order has not been received. Company will not communicate. Luckily PayPal refunded instantly.

BUYERS BEWARE. I placed my order on 14/11/2024 and it is now 19/12/24. I’ve emailed the company numerous times. I did get a response the first time citing staff flu issues. When I responded to that email, it bounced back to me. I then found another email address and have sent a few more emails to them and have heard nothing. I am now determined to get my money back and will not stop making a fuss until I receive a refund.

poor communication, no products , just a waste of time

I ordered a duo pack of iron and stick on labels.
They hadn't arrived when expected, and when I checked, the order was still processing.
I sent an email on a Sunday, enquiring when I might receive my order. To my surprise, the email was answered the same day. I had been expecting a reply on the Monday at the earliest.
Gillian apologised for the delay, and explained that they were very busy.
My order was completed on the Sunday, shipped on the Monday, and I received it Tuesday.
I think that sometimes we get used to large companies and their huge logistic centres, and forget that small businesses may just need a little more time.
I've used this company previously for name labels (both iron and stick on ones) they work, and last well.

Ordered and paid for woven labels in January, received a dispatch notice in Feb. Labels never arrived. I sent 2 emails which were ignored in Feb / March and then followed up with a contact form on their website which was also ignored. I then tracked down their WhatsApp number via Facebook - Gillian Fiske did eventually reply, kept promising a refund which only materialised after I called her and sent her further messages requesting the order be refunded. It took me 25 WhatsApp messages over four weeks. Gillian didn't apologise even once and the whole experience wasted lots of my time. Zero customer care. Unbelievable that so many emails, messages and contact forms were required to receive a refund. I have ordered from this company many times over the last 10 years but something has clearly changed. Never again.

Order for wheelie bin stick on labels placed and confirmed on 3rd March still not received by 15th March and no response to 2 emails or website contact form. Requested refund via PayPal

Placed an order 3 weeks ago, with dispatch indicated as 7-10 working days. Currently no sign of the order, the online system indicates a delay but no new time estimate, and no response received to email via the contact form on the website. I have had to order alternatives from elsewhere now which have arrived within 5 days of ordering.
