We have recently had a fitter to our house and he was excellent, a real credit to your business. We are based in dishforth and nothing was too much.

This is the second time we have used Nankivells. We had a wardrobe fitted, it has given us a lot more room and looks very good. The fitters came on time and cleaned everything up after them. We received a first class service from beginning to end.

This is the second piece of fitted furniture from Nankivells. So pleased with our new fitted unit. A combination of storage / workstation / display corner unit in our lounge. It includes pull out drawers for laptop and printer and a clever spring counterbalanced shelf for a sewing machine. Entirely bespoke, nothing too much trouble in getting the design right. Yes we had to wait 3 months but they arrived on the exact date given when the order was agreed and the fitter did a superb job, cleaning up before leaving to return the next day. I cant recommend these people enough.

We are very happy with our wardrobes right through from design, fitting and aftersales care. A minor matter that came to light after completion was swiftly managed without question. It was a lovely touch that we received flowers upon completion of the project.
We are confident we will use Nankivells for future projects.

We searched a number of independent providers who could take full responsibility for all trades and equipment in the fitting of our new kitchen. Whilst others said they could do, on close questioning they merely introduced contractors and left us to manage them. Nankivells was the only company who would totally own the project from start to finish. We are pleased with the quality and fitting of the units. Nankivells did a first class job in every respect. We have no hesitation in recommending this family run company.

I would in particular like to thank Simon who helped with the initial survey and designs for the wardrobe plans. There was no 'hard sell' and he kept me informed of of the whole process and accommodated us early for a fitting when they had a cancellation, which was much appreciated. I'd also like to thank Josh who fitted the wardrobes and did an excellent job. He was professional, hard working and tidy.

We are very happy with our finished wardrobes; and would certainly recommend you to our friends and family.

The service from measuring to fitting was excellent. Where other companies said it was not possible you made our vision come true. To ensure a correct colour match the guy came back with a sample on another occasion.

The wardrobes you fitted are super and add a great touch to the dressing room especially the colour match on the inside (some other companies couldn't even do this making it look very sophisticated). Our visit to the showroom was great. The gentleman that was there at the weekend was very helpful, patient and informative, so we decided to arrange for the designer to call and measure us up and provide a design and quote - that's where it all went downhill.

A date was fixed at the showroom for a couple of weeks time, a week or so later the designer called to say he couldn't make the date, could we rearrange, "yes no problem". He arrived a few weeks later and brought his arrogance with him !!!

We told him the sort of layout we were looking for and he spent most of the time telling us what we couldn't do, which would have been fine if solutions were offered, they were not.

He measured us up and said he would produce a design and get it to us in a couple of weeks. Well it's six weeks since his visit and not a peep out of him, no call, no email, nothing.

I phoned the showroom, after 4 weeks, they said "oh that's not good, I'll get in touch with designer and get him to get in touch" You guessed it - radio silence.

So disappointed, as Nankivells was highly recommended to me, but I guess they don't need the business if they treat potential customers this way.

Have now found a company called Colourhill which by comparison can not do enough for you. Friendly, punctual, professional and keep to their word.

Nankivells have just completed the fitting of our new kitchen. We are delighted with the result. The whole process from design to final fitting was excellent. The predicted time course of the process was also pretty accurate, allowing us to plan for the inevitable disruption. All the work was completed with great care and attention to detail and the team, led by Grant Nankivell, was excellent and receptive to any comments or questions we posed. Also the input of ancillary services for flooring, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, fitting worktops etc. was well coordinated and organised. All in all, the whole process was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend Nankivells, without reservation.

The gentleman who came to give us a quote for our fitted wardrobes arrived on time and was very helpful and answered all our questions. He was also very polite and courteous. After we received the quote through the post we wanted to make a minor alteration which was carried out with no issues over a single telephone call. The fitter also arrived on time. He was very polite and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The wardrobes have been built to excellent standard. He was tidy and cleaned up after him to a good standard. A friend of ours as since ordered a fitted on our recommendation. We were very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Nankivells to other family and friends.

Absolutely brilliant service and quality of fitting..
We recently purcuased a new home and have always wanted fitted wardrobes so thought we would take the plunge. We had Sharpes out to quote us up for fitted wardrobes and the sales tactics and blatant lies around the true extent of the cost to us left us very disappointed. Avoif them if you can..We were advised by a friend of the level of quality and service Nankivelles offers so we did a little research and saw the great reviews and finished results. The designer was very friendly, not at all pushy ( he gave us some time to make our mind up and didnt want an answer there and then, this helped us out a great deal and Made us feel at ease) and genuinely listened to what we wanted, he even offered us suggestions we wouldn't have thought of having which in the end turned out for the better. There was a long lead time on the wardrobes however this was the same for most installers, but they had an earlier spot and quickly got in touch to offer us an earlier install which was great. The 2 lads who fitted the wardrobes were outstanding, genuine nice lads who worked clean and tidy throughout the job. They worked the entire day from 8am until around 7pm. They were very polite and welcoming to any suggestions. All in all a great decision to use Nakivelles and we'd recommend them to anyone.

We recently had some wardrobes fitted into a very small room; they have transformed it. Their quality is fantastic and I cannot fault anything. The designer was helpful and not at all pressuring. The fitters were very professional and pleasant and cleaned everything up after they had finished. I am already considering using Nankivells again for another bedroom.

Originally the wardrobes look good. Please be aware that any problems after the guarantee will only be dealt with at a further cost. 2 of my 3 bedrooms have delaminated and the only solution is to replace the affected doors at a cost. Nankivells have now lost a long standing customer.

Needed a floor to ceiling storage cupboard for our front lobby. Visited the showroom for some ideas. Friendly welcome by staff who took time to show us some samples. Paul visited our home to measure and provide good advice. Great job by the fitters which really enhanced the room.We would definitely recommend Nanikivells.

I am not one for usually leaving review that said this requires praise.
The in-showroom service was excellent even during CV19. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and no pressure at all.

Delivery/Install was earlier than scheduled at my request, and the delivery team took extreme care bringing it in as it was a tight fit through the doors. Not an ounce of rubbish left behind, everything was removed. I have a large bespoke house and had all 4 bedrooms are done at once, the product quality and install is excellent. Due to me building the house the walls are now settling and Nankivells have no issues with adjustments and within a timely manner with excellent communication skills.

Customer service were in constant contact from the moment I ordered and within install.

The whole process has been straight forward and easy, furthermore I believe this is better to any rival that choose the national advertised brands.

Fitted wardrobes along with design and install of walk in wardrobe. Quality products, fitting of high standard. Really pleased and would recommend without hesitation.
