I requested a design consultation 4 weeks ago, and was met with a guy who offered absolutely no design ideas, materials or inspiration. He made me feel like I was impacting on his busy day, by requesting him to suggest ideas for 2 small walk in wardrobes.
I've rang once to chase up and see if anything has been put in place and was asked to contact the guy directly.

Im not being funny, if you don't want the work, don't waste my time...

Great service from the survey through to completion. The price was reasonable, compared to other quotes and the quality of the wardrobes is great. The fitters were very professional.

Love my sliding door wardrobes! I wasn't sure what I wanted but the free design service was great and I love the colours he helped me choose. The fitting was also perfect as we have a dado rail but he fitted the wardrobes round it perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

We are SO pleased with our bespoke walk in wardrobe. It looks nicer than we ever imagined and would very highly recommend.
Not one complaint. Everything is to the highest quality. So impressed.

Me and my husband were really excited to use Nankivells but when designer Paul called my husband and decided to be extremely rude to him due to miscommunication and then continued to patronise him we decided we don’t need your services. Paul you need to be taught a lesson in customer service

Already had a set of built in wardrobes in my new house from Nakivells so wanted to keep the same. Managed to do the order over the phone and great help with images they sent me. They arrived on time the fitter covered all areas he worked in made a fantastic job even hovered after he was done. We would recommend them for sure and will be using them again in the near future.

Top class! We bought a house with fitted beech wardrobes installed 20 yrs ago and we couldn’t get matching drawers anywhere, and as they were such good quality we didn’t want to replace them. I noticed a ‘Nankivells’ logo on a hinge and googled it. I spoke with Simon who was extremely helpful and after emailing him photos of the wardrobes he confirmed they could still provide the same design. They made bedside tables, a stool, and various drawers to our exact measurements and even replaced the handles on our old wardrobes - you would think the whole lot had been made at the same time, it matched perfectly. The drawers are solid, made with all thick wood and metal drawer sides etc. We are over the moon. When we need to replace the kitchen we know where to go. This is a quality company.

Absolutely love my sliding door wardrobes .. I made a quick sketch of I’d like it and to utilise the space as much as possible, they designed it just how I wanted it..by far the better company to go for after having a few quotes from other wardrobe companies.. didn’t pester me to decide, which that in turn made up my mind.. I would highly recommend Nankivell’s ..Mark the fitter done a great job and kept the room as tidy as possible, very polite and works hard.. and Thank you so much for my flowers Nankivell’s they are beautiful.. ☺️

We were totally impressed with every aspect of the work carried out to create our new kitchen. Paul , our designer , gave sound advice and Mark , our fitter , was absolutely brilliant; nothing was too much trouble for him and he did a superb job. All the work was carried out on time and Grant synchronised the plumbing, plastering and electrical work to perfection, ensuring our kitchen was completed to the highest standard.

These guys designed and fitted an immaculate fitted bespoke wardrobe. Our old one was outdated and the doors did not fit the space right. We now have a perfect fifty fifty sliding doors with pull down rails to suit the height of the space.

They fitters were very tidy and polite and communicated very well.

We have recently had two wardrobes fitted and are delighted with the results. One was with opening doors and drawers and the other with sliding doors.
The three fitters arrived promptly and completed the work in two days instead of three. They were courteous and highly efficient craftsmen.
The quality of the furniture is excellent and it has transformed our rooms.

Excellent service from design, installation & customer service. We had sliding wardrobe doors & two sets of drawers installed by Nankivells (there was a slight problem with one of the wardrobe runners which was sorted the next day). Would highly recommend

Excellent job completed for us on Two bedrooms at top floor of our house meaning we no longer have to lift freestanding furniture up three flights of stairs. Great design, great customer service and fantastic installation by experienced fitters. We can not thank you enough, a total transformation.

From design to fitting and a couple of tiny niggles nothing has been too much trouble. All staff and fitters have been great. Absolutely love our furniture. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic result full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and fitted wardrobes in 2 rooms! We’re delighted our house is 400 years old and so is not the easiest to fit, Nankivells did a superb job I would highly recommend them

Great service, great craftsmanship and professional service throughout.

We selected Nankivells when we were initially looking at our wardrobe/utility room refurbishment and we were not disappointed. Once the initial design was sorted (slightly longer than we originally thought) the measurement, delivery and installation process was excellent.
Very able fitters in both installation teams who went out of their way to ensure that the finished product was exactly what we were after (nice to have genuine craftsmen involved - attention too detail was excellent)
Very satisfied with the overall project and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Can’t recommend this company enough, it’s our second time using Nankivell’s they fitted and designed our kitchen a few years ago and it still looks as good as it did on the day it was fitted so we had them out again to design and install our wardrobes/come dressing room. I’m a very OCD person and from the designing to the fitting (the meticulous fitter was so tidy!) I am so happy once again! In this crazy world we are living in it’s so nice to support an independent business!

Great quality kitchen and customer service, they couldn’t do enough to design the kitchen we wanted with our budget.
Really pleased with end result. The worktop looks fab against the wooden cabinets. Thank you.
