Compared both with Spotify and a cd copy I own) it’s pitchy and wavey in sound, this cost me close to $100 AUD. Sent email with videos highlight my issues and got a response saying “sorry can’t hear the fault, it’s not economical to send a replacement to Australia” and offered me 13euro to go away, this is unacceptable and very disappointing to be dismissed… I will be avoiding any future purchases moving forward which is unfortunate because I wanted to get more items.

Great experience
I ordered for the first time from napalm and i have to say the customer service was fantastic. The item i ordered got damaged in transit and after contacting them by email they replied promptly with options to remedy the situation. I ended up chosing to have the item replaced and they shipped a new one the next day.
I received defective product
I received defective product and they don't want to warranty claim after providing clear evidence of product's defect.
Also they try to mislead me about withdrawal period and how warranty claim works.

I ordered a few CDs from Napalm Records on October 11th, my order has been stuck on "processing" for the PAST 40 DAYS. There is some sort of move going on, of which I was not informed of in any form until I directly visited Napalm Records' US website until after two weeks. I have communicated to support multiple times, contacted the BBB, and have only received one email in response. They way they treat their customers is frankly unacceptable and they should not be supported until they manage to get their act together.

They charge upon order, not upon shipping, so they have my money already.
First time ordering from them and would not order again.
UPDATE:
I sent an email to customer service and received no reply. There is no phone contact on the website.
I finally had to make a dispute with my bank, which is currently pending. I dont know if its coincidence or not, but my order now on Napalm US has literally disappeared.
Do not trust this company at all.
2nd update: Now when you try to email the customer service email address, its returned as undeliverable. I'll repeat it: Dont trust this company at all.
3rd update: 2 months later my bank found in my favor due to Napalm Records LACK OF RESPONSE. For those who dont know, there is a penalty associated to charge-backs. They dont even care enough to fight it.... they KNOW their services are poor and yet continue to run it the same way which can be construed as FRAUD.
Speaking of which:
The website NOW has changed "ships within 48 hrs" to "ships in 1 day" with a **disclaimer about holidays and weather (so, because of the disclaimer, they will NEVER ship within 1 day), so absolutely someone somewhere realized they truly were breaking the law by advertising "ships within 48hrs"!
Also, the banner at the top about the store is moving has been up there for like 2+ weeks now. You know, the event that occurred weeks AFTER my order, but somehow delayed my order, and has been ongoing for weeks after. Take a look at the DATES of these reviews. One complaint is from August, a whole TWO MONTHS before the 'move'.
ANNNNNNNNNNNND... that item that was "in stock" is not even listed anymore, so now its looking more and more like this site advertises products they don't actually have and instead of just letting you know immediately, will hang you out to dry and hope you forget about it.

Preordered item has never shipped
Preordered an album with an expected ship date or 8/22. Date came and went with my account just saying that the order is "processing". It is now almost 2 weeks later, the album is out in stores, order is still "processing". Several emails to customer service with no response. I understand shipping delays happen, but no answer and no acknowledgement is cause for concern. Next step is a report to the better business bureau, though hopefully it won't come to that. Regardless, never ordering from Naplam online again.

No negative points to report, whether it is the protective cardboard, etc., the hand delivery against signature is a very good guarantee that the package arrives at home.
Zero customer service
Zero customer service. No replies to emails or phone calls. Pre-ordered some Lps that were supposed to ship 6months ago with no updates or information on it given and no answers to posts about it on social media either. Will never order from them again.
Customer Service?
Used to be a great store back in the day, now they just seem to go for their top tier bands and the rest can go screw themselves. Did a pre-order in 2021 for an item that would release 10-6-2022. They’ve silently delayed this release about six times now and notified me once. Current release is set in January 2025(!) This is an €80 special edition and it seems like they just haven’t pre sold enough of the limited to 500 items. When contacting them they give no legitimate reasons, spin it as if they reached out to me, and tell me I can get a refund.

I just got 2 T-shirts from Napalm Records. Both from different shipping locations. Napalm has 2 shipping locations located in Halle, Germany and one in Austria. When you select a product it will show you if it will be shipped from Germany.
First about the T-shirt that came from Austria. I did get a mail with tracking information for that, and it arrived about 5 days after I placed the order. I was just missing the other T-shirt that came so I mailed them about why I didn't had the T-shirt from Germany.
Now about the T-shirt from Germany. The T-shirt was in the pressing process which explains for me why it could be shipped later. But i still didn't get any mail from the German location about tracking, which is fine for me, but the day after I got the T-shirt from Austria, the remaining T-shirt from Germany was shipped to my neighbours a couple of houses further. The package also had a different house number on the shipping label. Fortunately I know the neighbour good and he handed me the package. I understand it could be a miscommunication, but I suppose that the location in Germany also could see the shipping address.
Went well after some hurdles

But in the end my PayPal transaction was refunded the next day and my tshirt came within 10 days by mail. I did have to contact them personally because I never received the track&trace code.
Site can be improved but in the end it went well.
Order a tshirt via Paypal. The order was paid but not processed on the website. Sent a mail to contact address and they told me that they did not have any order. But still, Paypal said I paid.
Then decided based on their advice to buy via iDeal. That went well but now the order is in state "processing" for one week.
Sent a contact form to ask for status, but no reply.
Will never ever buy anything here again.
