I pre-ordered a SHAPE Plate. I opened a case and was told to be patient. Nothing here yet so emailed the person that told me to be patient and the email came back with no one by that name at Napalm Records. Sent another email to customer service and no response. Called PayPal and because there was already a case opened and closed, they can’t open another! They suggest I call my bank and dispute the charge. Pisses me off because this was for my Husband who loves Death Angel. He’s seen them multiple times and been back stage with them so I wanted to surprise him with this for his band room.
At least his Metallica site never disappoints!

Rip Off Shipping Costs
I have ordered a few times from these. One time I had something pre-ordered for nearly 6 months then when it came to release date it was pushed back numerous times, stating low stock. Now I would have thought all pre-orders would be fulfilled without question, but clearly not. I contacted them and to be fair they refunded and apologized etc and were very professional with that side of things.
I have, however, decided to stop buying from these now, due to their ridiculous rip-off shipping costs. Nearly £15 shipping for a CD!!! More than the CD itself. Absolutely extortionate. Another example of the disgraceful profiteering going on right now.

Ordered a shirt I was pretty excited to get. Got here fast but it's the WRONG shirt. Customer service has yet to respond to my email. After reading the reviews on here I highly doubt this will get corrected. Never again. They're just screwing up sales for the bands. Not cool. Especially during covid times with less shows to profit from.

Horrible customer service. Have yet to get any order on time. No responses to emails until I requested my money back on PayPal. I’ll go back to streaming music and going to shows to support bands but won’t deal with this company online ever again.

Not good
Recently I've ordered two box sets from Napalm Records.
While their logistics part of the shipment has been amazing... the package has been sent the next day and it arrived in a few days, the quality of the product is abysmal.
One of the box sets has an additional record inside, yet they didn't even bother editing the files on that record, so it has no artist info, album name etc.
Aditionaly, all of the components of the box sets are the lowest quality piece of s*** that I have ever recieved. I didn't really expect much but it has been terrible.
I would advise against ordering from them if you care about the quality of the product you will receive.
