Back after 18 yrs and very pleased with the service , great price via Halfords website for tyres ,just need a coffee machine.

Not my usual garage but unfortunately the one i had my mot booked at had an issue and had to cancel, booked at national as i had a free mot via halfords. Took my car for an MOT, it failed which is fine it was an easy fix, told my tires were near the legal minimum also.
Asked the garage what the exact issue was they couldn't tell me but said they needed to order parts and couldn't do anything until next week, didn't want to answer any of my questions about the advisories and just told me to come back for a retest. Took it to another garage closer to home to fix the issue which took 30 mins and didn't require any new parts and get a new MOT, to be then told my tyres are absolutely fine and well above the threshold. As someone else has said I feel like they've seen a younger female and thought I wouldn't know anything about my own car. Honestly wouldn't trust these guys with a pushbike and will never use again.

My car failed it's MOT in Perth the day before I was due to travel to Bridlington and they were not able to fix the issue for a week. I called Chris at Bridlington to see if they could help and he was absolutely amazing. He sorted it so I could drop it off the following day and by 5pm it was all fixed with a new MOT. Chris's customer service was fantastic - friendly, professional and he bent over backwards to help. He is an asset to National Tyres. Well done!

Definitely won’t be coming here again, if you know wheel alignment isn’t available why won’t people let their customers know especially after driving for nearly an hour each way. Brian was rude and arrogant, definitely won’t be going there ever.

a customer of mine needed 2 tyres while on holiday, as the tyres were below 1.6mm and it was a saturday they went to national tyres, a well known, nationwide company, they were told that they only had premium tyre in stock and were charged £409.98 for 2 tyres on a 54 registered vehicle, well and truly taken advantage of due to being holiday makers. I would never recommend this company, id rather wait and sleep in the car till the monday. totally disgusted in the way they have been treated

The staff were very busy but got on with the job which was completed in a reasonable time and they were polite and friendly at all times

The website initially seemed straight forward to navigate and place an order for tyres. At the payment stage where I had to input details of a new card the system began to play up and not accept information provided. This took a long time to resolve and I am not sure if this web site or my bank was at fault? Once resolved I was happy with the order and being able to book an appointment and the price.

Didn't realise it was as easy as this to choose the appropriate tyres and book fitting.
I would have given full stars if the symbols used about the different tyres had explanations as to what they meant. Maybe they do on desktop version of website, but I was buying via a tablet, so don't know.

MOT was quick and efficient. Great service.
