Never again! I would really avoid them as after reading their feedbacks looks that this not only happened to us!!!!

Got a set if four new tyres six months…
Got a set if four new tyres six months ago and had balancing, tracking done. The car since then has had a very bad steering wobble at varying speeds between 60-75. Thought it must be something other than the wheels as they had been done. Car MOT'd last Thursday, noting wrong with the steering and advisory for lower pin but not excessive play. However advisory both front tyres close to legal limit on inside tread. I would have expected even budget tyres to last longer than this and the wear to be even. Last time I ysed national tyre in Gloucester they managed to put the tyres on the front the wrong way round. Needless to say I will never be returning.

Great customer service
I’ve been to the Cheltenham branch several times and always find the team really friendly and helpful. I phoned this morning after finding a nail in my tyre and they managed to fit me in this afternoon and repaired the tyre quickly. The customer service was excellent, would definitely recommend.

Having ordered 4 new Pirelli Powergy…
Having ordered 4 new Pirelli Powergy tyres from National Tyres website, I went to have them fitted at the Cheltenham branch on the 11.07.2023. Upon driving home my car had judder and vibrations from the new tyres. I had to take my car back a further 4 times for balancing. On the fourth return on the 29.08.2023 a new tyre was fitted due to one of the new tyres being defective, unfortunately they have fitted a Pirelli Cinturato P7 Blue which has a different tread to the other 3 and also has a much lower speed rating of "H", where the other 3 are "Y". I am still very unhappy, having 3 tyres the same and one odd one. This has cost me additional time and money due to where I live in relation to the centre. I was going to give a rating of 2, but when I've actually looked at the events as a whole I have to give the experience a 1 out of 5.

Poor communication
Disappointing. Told me tyres would be replaced within maximum of 2 hours. Nearly 3 hours later they hadn’t started the job. No calls to set expectations. When moving the car, no gloves or covers used to protect the interior. Very disappointed.

Completely misinformed
The website said the Tyres were available so I booked in. Arrived and was told they wouldn't be in until Saturday and this was Wednesday. I needed the tires, ASAP. Absolute scam to get your money. I knew the buy now pay later was too good to be true.

Despite earlier misgivings, had four Bridgestone Turanzas installed by National Tyres Cheltenham Branch and the experience was great.

I purchased 4 tyres on the 23 november…
I purchased 4 tyres on the 23 november 2022, i also selected the extended warranty, and was even told by the manager at the cheltenham branch that he could see it on the order, after the tyres were fitted i was not told that the fitter had scratched two of my wheels on the tyre machine. i had to rectify this at a cost of £396, the managers response..'why didnt you just get the two repaired instead of all four? we ain't reimbursing you for all that', fast forward to today (10/05/23) and i developed an unrepairable puncture, informed the manager at the gloucester depot about the warranty, and upon checking the 'extended warranty' was not put on my original invoice therefore can't be used or honoured, so subsequently i have had to pay out a further near £200 for a replacement. All in all...an abysmal experience all round.
