They were quick and able to repair on the same day but were expensive at just under £254 to renew the right parking brake cable which took approximately an hour. For a franchise garage this should have been top whack £160 for my car make, model and car age after checking on line against all the items on the receipt. They have been a good garage in the past but will shop around now to get a fairer price.

Mo the MOT tester was super helpful and knowledgeable. Got it sorted in no time. Very polite and very customer friendly. Never felt uncomfortable or pressured. Solid job. Thanks Mo!

Called the Derby centre yesterday and it was confirmed tyre size was available. So booked my daughter's car in for 2 new tyres. Paid on line. Received confirmation and booking time. Got to the centre today and no tyres available despite 8 being shown in stock. ( The stock system must be pretty poor to have a discrepancy of 8!!!!) It wasn't possible to visit tomorrow so had to go elsewhere. So disappointed after years of visiting and providing 5* reviews.

This an excellent branch with an efficient, friendly and professional team. Congratulations to them for setting a great example of this organisation.

We visited this branch to have 4 tyres fitted and front wheel alignment, and were greeted by Tony and his colleague who were very welcoming and helpful. The other staff there also went out of their way to help us. The premises are tidy and clean, and it was nice to be able to sit in the reception area and have a hot drink while waiting. We would definitely return.

Please note that this review was also left against Halfords Auto centres due to the recent merger of the two companies.

Top people, Mo MOT tester was an absolute legend, got us in early, was kind, understanding, helpful and for a resonable price. Highly recommend!

Really good service, no hassle.
Best price for A rated (grip) tyres i found in derby.
They look after your car aswel (seat covers, floor mats)
Cannot fault this place at all.
Will not use anywhere else.

The staff seem to know what they are doing but service is slow due to there being no receptionist to deal with bills or people delivering parts. The mechanics are continually leaving work on vehicles to deal with customers at the reception desk. The waiting area is not comfortable and there is now no vending machine. The position of the garage means there is nowhere locally to go instead of waiting in a cold reception area.

Called me at 9am asking me to come in earlier than my 4pm appointment (which I paid extra for) and then had to sit around for over 2 hours. They forgot which car was mine and forgot how many tyres they were meant to be fitting.

They also chipped the paint on all 4 of my rims, told me it was only minor and left me it
