Thankyou to the lads at Dunkinfield the shop just off king street , they helped check my exhaust and tie it on before I was heading back onto the motorway- very helpful and explained what they’d done which is very reassuring for a young girl - 10/10

Awful experience, I got 4 brand new Michelin Pilot Sport 4’s on my Seat Leon, I also paid for my alignment to be done, when I got my car back with the new tyres, the allignment was the same so I rang them and told them the allinmeht hasn’t been done, they told me the collaboration was not working, but when I got the report they had confirmed the alignment was done so they lied to me, so I got my alignment done with a different branch, 3 weeks in my cars alignment is a lot worse than it was, I called national tyres in Dukinfield, the worker was really blunt with his answers and didn’t help me at all, he told me the reason why the alignment is like this is because of the roads, this didn’t make sense, 3 weeks in and it’s gone worse? He told me to take the car to a different garage to get the alignment done which was very unprofessional. He then told me I needed to go to a body shop because my body parts may not be on correctly which may affect the alignment which also didn’t make sense. When I picked my car up after the alignment the worker said if I had any issues to bring it back to them and they will sort it so I don’t even think they sorted the alignment out in the first place. Very unprofessional staff and work.

The use of payment assist really helps when looking after your car. Things can be really expensive so spreading the cost really helps. I always return to national tyres for reliability and payment assist.

I like a particular car tyre for my vehicle which is easy to find along with dates it is in stock and a simple methodology of booking the most convenient garage to fit these!

Great service. Was waiting for me at appointment time and told me to drive straight into the garage.

Utterly disappointed with my experience with this company today. My car went to them to have new tyres fitted and came away with a damaged window. No attempt was made to repair the damage caused, resulting in a very stressful afternoon trying to get it repaired with another service provider at my own expense. Appalling service. I will not be using this company again.

We arrived at the time we booked in to be told there will be a 2 hour wait.
Never again.

I really don’t know why I go to national tyres, I’ve been a customer for probably 25+ years, on my last visit a few years ago I had to sit for several hours while they sent a van to collect my tyres that hadn’t turned up on the delivery, this week I thought I’d give national tyres another chance, national advertise never beaten on price but tried to charge me £70 more than their competitors, after haggling a competitive price I booked in for a new tyre Monday, tyre didn’t arrive so had to go Tuesday instead, tyre fitted but sadly when I got home I noticed two scuffs to my alloy wheel, yes I should of checked before I left your branch but I trusted modern day equipment wouldn’t cause damage, just want to say how dissatisfied I am with national tyres and will not be using them again!

I have used the Dukinfield branch before and was impressed with the service from a member of staff named Connor, I was pleased that he is still employed with you and felt confident that the job would be carried out competently and professionally.

Bought a new tire through the website and all was ok, booked a time slot for the tire to be fitted however when I turned up for the fitting I was told would be a minimum 2 hours before they could get round to it.

Not sure what the point is in booking a time slot if it’s not to be used or relevant. I ended up losing out on a days work due to this and was also told that I would be called as soon as work completed and was never called.

Horrendous service in the end and went to national because I thought they were a reliable company to get me back on the road quickly! But was not the case.

Would not recommend or use again.
