Tyres not there when I arrived
Went there on time at 2pm. I was told the tyres had not arrived and have to go back two days later. It takes me half hour each way to get to and from the depot.
They did phone me 10 minutes prior to my appointment when I was nearly there.
I accept not fitters fault as the can’t fit without tyres.

Useless company will waste your time and effort
I have paid and booked 4 brand new tyres to be changed and the date and time was 20/12/2022 at 09:30. When I went there I got to know that there are only 2 tyres available and after some conversation they called someone and told me that I will get it the same day at 15:00. I am waiting if it comes on time.
Noone informed me and I took a day off from my work for this and I would like to say the company doesn’t care about their customer service and commitments.

I would have given 5 stars as the job of fitting two new tyres was fine with polite staff, but sadly, the garage was late opening today by half hour, so I missed my appointment time of 8:30,
I was not in a rush today, so not a problem for me.
