I had a persistent low battery warning in my car and an MOT due in just a week, so I was starting to feel the pressure, especially as I was struggling to find a weekend booking before leaving London.
I decided to take my car in for a free battery check at 8:30am, and that’s where Maryam went above and beyond. Despite being fully booked, she kindly agreed to fit in my MOT as well, which was a huge relief.
Not only was the issue with the battery resolved (no more warnings!), but my car also passed its MOT. I can now travel with complete peace of mind.
Fantastic service from Maryam, professional, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended!
AVOID!! Went in for an MOT and service where they changed my rear right shock. There was a strange clanging sound coming from the car so i took it back, they then said they couldn't hear anything but it was very obvious!
I took it back and they have made the problem worse (and admitted to it), it's now been 2 weeks without any resolution and i still don't have a car, customer service is talking to managers to try and fix it but the problem is indefinite! They refuse to pay for a hire car and i'm loosing money everyday as i need the car for work!
I had the worst experience during my last three visits at Greenwich. They don't seem to care at all. I paid for my tire and the premium fee for the time slot, yet I still had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes just to check in. I will never visit this branch again.

It was near closing time but not only did the manager spend time searching for the puncture using a soapy mixture saying that he'd rather not take my money for a new tyre unnecessariy, but kept it overnight looking for the fault. Next day he did not charge but we paid a nominal amount - what a star!

National Tyres and Autocare - Order 7066701 ( new tire was purchased as it was damaged beyond repair).
Last year in December, I changed tires at the National tires and Autocare center at the Greenwich branch (Halford group). One nearly new tire was irreparably damaged during the replacement. National tires Autocare did not admit its guilt. A review was written online by Trust pilot. Someone from the Halford group answered. They assured to solve the problem. It doesn't make sense. Silence. Up to now.
I am forced to update the information. Not only did I get a reply that the problem would be solved, but I also got an email from the Halford group! I received a nice apology and that an investigation will be started for this incident! And the manager promised to contact me immediately. Yeah yeah...
More than 10 months have passed, but no one has solved the problem. I think no one even tried to solve it. They care about customers (more precisely - money) only when they expect money from you. When it's their fault - it's your problem. Not her!
Disappointment. Shame on them! The bigger the corporation, the bigger the problems with them. I will avoid a large service center in the future as much as possible. Especially Halford and their group. So, I very strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND National tires and Autocare, Halford and their group.

Its easy to booked an appointment in a same day and quick application for the spread the cost
As always, the service I received was really good.
Puncture was repaired in no time.
Always easy booking appointments online and so far have had no complaints about work that’s been carried out .

Slow service, they don't call you to update you during the 6 hours it takes to change tires/brakes. Have used this service a couple times now but despite booking a slot they are very slow and uncommunicative. Will not be going back.

Your team was very prompt in looking at my vehicle. I visited thinking there was a problem with the exhaust on my car. They found the exhaust was fine but there was another problem which they could not identify. they recommended a nearby garage who were able to help. Brilliant. Thank you.
