I ordered two p zeros y rated for my E pace jaguar. I arrived to have them fitted on the correct day and time then to be told they didn't have them the man behind the counter said he could supply me with two goodyear tyres which were more expensive with the same rateing for the same price l agreed to have them . On returning home l looked at the two tyers only to find two different tyers one goodyear f1 asymmetric 6 Y rated and one goodyear f1 asymmetric 3 W rated the answer from behind the counter was there the same make aren't they not very professional

Got 4 new tyres at very good price!
I recently visited Hadleigh shop to have my tires changed, and I noticed that one of the technicians was installing the wheel nuts directly using an impact wrench without first threading them by hand (was holding his phone on other hand). This practice can easily cause cross-threading or damage to the studs, which could lead to serious safety issues.
As a customer, I expect that proper procedures are followed to ensure the longevity and safety of my vehicle. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and remind your staff about the importance of starting lug nuts by hand before using any power tools.

Lady on reception asked a colleague how long to fit four tyres and wheel alignment?

He replied about an hour and half.

Now considering I booked this a week ago and it’s cost over £600 I’m disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Why not tell me I will have to wait prior to appointment?

I was called yesterday confirming appointment and I arrived 15mins early.

Ten minutes after writing the above review I got a call stating that they only have fitted the front tyres the rear tyres haven’t been delivered.

Absolute waste of a day off work.

Won’t be using this company again.

I was on my way to them for a puncture repair and my power steering failed in my 26 year old Lexus GS 300.
The team quickly identified the problem and ordered the spare parts. The repair was made the next day at what I consider to be a very fair price.

I waited over 7mins to confirm order last evening, tried
again this morning, eventually managed to get through
but this time the price of the tyre went up by £5.00
and I lost my 8.30 slot.
I have now arranged a 9.00 slot for Friday morning at
your Hadleigh Branch.
